Hostal Baquedano was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Natales ahead and after completing the W trek. The location was great and only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal to Torres Del Paine, and 5 minutes to the very centre of Natales- close to restaurants and shops. The owner was lovely and very helpful, helping us to store our extra luggage during the trek and this was waiting for us in our room when we returned. Options for breakfast were also flexible and able to be either had at...

Loved the ambience of the hotel. Slightly out of town and taxis were not a problem. Best breakfast with fresh fruit was a treat.

Sensational property. Clean, comfortable and the views are unbelievable! Thanks for a great stay, such a great property

This is a beautiful property with stunning Mountain View’s, particularly from one lounge area with a fireplace. The owners are lovely people who are very helpful.

Everything was amazing

Awesome location, staff could not be more friendly and helpful with everything. No lifts though so be mindful of that. Also great night club across the road so u will hear load music on the weekends. But we went to the club so we loved it.

The staff at Appelgren went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. They helped us book a car before we arrived. They also made excellent recommendations for restaurants and gave us useful travel tips.

Clean and cosy

Great hotel to stay in Puerto Natales. The hotel is new, clean and the staff is super accommodating.

Spacious room with great views, few kilometres into town so car or uber needed.

Lovely hotel, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are super helpful, and they have about 5 house dogs which greet you at the door and make it feel like home.

Good communication with the host. The accommodation was as represented on Hotels.com. The location is good, about 10 minutes walk into the main shopping area. The area around it does not look nice but it is safe. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were lovely and helpful. We liked having the apartment as it gave us choices for eating.

Nice small hotel, nothing fancy but comfortable. Walk to everything. Close to restaurants.

It's a little out of town, but it's only a 20 minute walk. The rooms and service were top notch. Quite glad we stayed here.

Nice hotel. Rooms are quite small but overall a comfortable place to sleep after a long day at the park
