Hotel bem localizado, comfortavel e limpo. No entanto a internet nao funconou nos 8 dias que fiquei lá. Chamei a manutenção e mesmo assim não funcionou.

Foi otima, tranquila e me senti segura com a tranca do quarto. Entretanto, o telefone do quarto estava quebrado e eles nao se movimentaram pra concertar e isso me deixou chateada. Em contrapartida os funcionarios sao super educacos e atenciosos.

Localização ótima e café ótimo.

A vista do local é linda, a localização é perfeita, e o café da manhã também é muito gosto. Apesar do "hotel" ser grande e possuir um estacionamento grande. Os quartos não tem acústica nenhuma. Meu quarto ficava abaixo do corredor que dava para a saída principal do hotel, então a partir de 5h da manhã já dava para ouvir pessoas transitando com mala ou o carrinho do cafe da manhã. Além disso, apesar do banheiro como um todo ter um espaço razoável, quando vamos para a parte do box, é bem precário, a ducha estava visivelmente entupida, e dentro do box male-má me cabia, fico imaginando que pessoas com um pouco mais de sobrepeso devem sofrer horrores para tomar banho lá. Fiquei somente dois dias inteiros, então acabou não impactando no conforto da viagem. Mas se eu fosse ficar mais dias, com certeza, teria me arrependido de reservar o local.

Como o apartamento é mais antigo, o espaço do quarto é maior, o que é ótimo. Mas falta atualizar. Vista mar e piscina excelentes. O mar não é propício para crianças, após ampliar a faixa de área, mas há praias próximas.

Check-in foi atrasado em 40 minutos por problemas no quarto, nao quiseram disponibilizar outro quarto no horário certo do Check-in, pedi sabonete de banho varias vezes, acabei desistindo pq o interfone estava com barulho. Banheiro com acessórios soltos, caindo.

O hotel está localizado a beira do mar da praia de Ponta Negra. Os quartos são limpos todos os dias, somente senti falta de um suporte para shampo e sabonete no box do chuveiro. Também achei o box do chuveiro pequeno. A acústica não é boa, mas nada que atrapalhou meu sono. Senti falta de um suporte ou varal para estender a roupa de praia.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava sem as pas direcionadoras, entao ia direto na cabeca das pessoas na cama. Ninguem merece dormir com ar gelado na cara. E dormir sem ar no calor tamvem nao dá. Um absurdo pra uma diaria de 700.

Uteområdet ved hotellet er veldig bra. Rent og pent, trivelig bar- og bassengområde. Men det står ikke i stil til veldig nedslitte rom. Dessuten så er det ingen av betjeningen som snakker engelsk. Trodde de kunne litt i resepsjonen, men nei! Frokosten var helt ok, mye søtsaker, men også andre ting å velge i. Ellers, kort vei til stranda, som er rett over gata.

Cheguei de madrugada, porta fechada e tudo escuro

Cheguei de madrugada e recepção estava fechada e totalmente apagada. Bati na pprta, tentei abrir e nada. Precisei telefonar para o hotel para ser atendido. Chegar cansado, às 3hs da manhã depois de uma viagem desconfortável de avião e encontrar tudo às escuras não é um bom cartão de visitas

O hotel é muito bom arquitetonicamente, mas os apartamentos embora amplos tem tomadas antigas que necessitam de adaptadores, chuveiro bom, toalhas velhas. O bar da piscina é terceirizado e deixa muito a desejar. Todos os funcionários muito bem atenciosos, principalmente os do café da manhã.

Excelente experiência!

Minha primeira experiência no Ponta Negra Beach foi em março de 2018. Eu passei por volta de 10 dias lá e, apesar de ter percebido alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar, isso não estragou minha estadia. No fim das contas, acabei gostando tanto que voltei outra vez, agora em dezembro de 2019. Dessa vez passei 16 dias e a minha estadia foi ainda melhor. As falhas que encontrei na minha outra visita foram sanadas, e a experiência foi bastante confortável. Um dos pontos que mais me agradaram foi a piscina, que é maravilhosa e tem uma vista incrível do mar. O hotel tem duas entradas, e uma delas é uma porta na área da piscina que dá acesso direto ao calçadão da praia. Preciso ressaltar também o bar da piscina: ele é excelente, serve bebidas deliciosas e tem uma equipe maravilhosa, com pessoas super simpáticas e prestativas que tornam o hotel melhor só por estarem presentes. Gostei muito do quarto onde fiquei. Nas duas vezes em que me hospedei no hotel, escolhi a mesma categoria (casal luxo), e achei os quartos muito confortáveis. O que me incomodou foi só que os horários de limpeza do meu apartamento eram irregulares e várias vezes eram concentrados perto do fim da tarde, o que significa que era difícil me programar para voltar para o quarto só depois que ele já tivesse sido limpo. Enfim, mesmo considerando os poucos pontos negativos, eu gosto muito desse hotel. Eu definitivamente me hospedaria lá de novo, e fiquei com vontade de ter ficado por mais tempo!

Falta de manutenção

Reservei o hotel quando ele era da Rede Hplus, já conhecia a rede em João Pessoa. Porém até a data da minha viagem o hotel mudou de nome e de administração e só fiquei sabendo chegando lá. Enfim, as fotos de quando reservei revelavam um lindo hotel. De fato o prédio, tem um grande potencial, a área de psico a é ótima e é só sair pelos fundos e já está na praia, em resumo localização ótimo. Porém, falta manutenção no geral no prédio. Os corredores são sombrios e feridos, não somos de reclamar, raramente faço isso. Porém dessa vez não teve como, os lençóis e toalhas são amarelados, usam tanto cloro que amarelam o branco e toda roupa de banho cheira cloro (pode ser bom ou ruim não sei). Os travesseiros estavam com aspectos de sujos, tive apreensão em usar sem colocar uma toalha minha em cima. Pedi a troca e não realizaram. Os funcionários de recepção não são muitos receptivos. O consierge é muito prestativo. Um dia da estadia não limparam o quarto. Enfim acho que o que falta e ZELO e manutenção com o local que tem um ótimo potencial para ser um ótimo hotel.
