"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The food was excellent. Chef Oohira is very skilled-the food was surprisingly delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Really high quality ingredients. Also, the rooms were clean as they had just opened a few months ago (Oct 2018). Further, their shuttle service was a bit inconvenient since they only offer 2 times per day to the station but other than that it was an overall great stay here!"

In my room at the bottom of the window had many dead insects. 2 In one of the spas on the walls the paint seemed to have gone black in places. And in the outside

there was a blue sheet up to cover a broken balcony floor and fence. The fence was broken, and there was a rope up to stop people going near the fence. 3 just outside...
