The ice bucket had leftover ice that melted. They skipped one day from restocking the refrigerator. The front desk people were very nice and the cleaning ladies as well. The room was clean. Upgraded to the Royal which I highly recommend. Great stay. Rooms were spacious and hotel is clean. Staff are courteous and responsive. Everyone was very friendly.
