THE SPACE:

This townhome is a beautiful minimalistic 3 bedroom/3bathroom (en-suite) that can sleep up to 10 guests. There is free, on-site parking for your vehicle(s) (Note: The parking is on a first come first serve basis, there are 3 spots, shared between the house in front and this unit). The house has two entrances, one in the front and back, and is equipped with an ADT surveillance system for guest security.



Layout:

The entrance opens onto the living space that has an open kitchen with a bar area, and a living room with a twin sleeper sofa.

On the same floor you will find the first bedroom ensuite bathroom.

The second floor will be 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ensuite, with a little patio.



Location/Recommendation:

This property is the perfect location as it is located close to Broadway/Midtown/Gulch. You will never run out of activities to do, coffee to try, and food to try.

Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.



We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.
