Overlook the communal courtyard, where you can soak up the summer sun, or indulge with a coffee and taco from our famous neighbor, Ladybird, on your own private balcony. If the Tennessee heat doesn’t get you sweating, a spin class at Full Ride will, and when you’re ready to pamper yourself, book a facial at Face. Bike, walk and roam through 12th South – one of Nashville’s premiere neighborhoods. Live like a local, while being cared for by our hospitality team. West Coast may be the “best” coast, but the Third Coast is the Preferred Coast!
