I think the complementary bottle of wine was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. The speakeasy was super cool and a great experience to check out. I definitely want to give it a five star. My only recommendation is to have a good complementary coffee available.. y our place is perfect with so much character. Thank you!
Great location and beautiful property. Easy check in and no issues. Floor above can be noisy as sound proofing is below average. Great location and would stay again!
Great place. Great location. Clean and well furnished. Great communication with host. The speakeasy in the basement was a great launchpad before heading out each evening. Zero issues for our group of six adults. 10 out 10. Would absolutely stay here again.
We stayed for a long weekend in Nashville. It was close to Broadway. The space was great for 7 adults. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Would recommend.
We loved the open space and found it a cozy spot to talk at the end of our busy days. The management company was extremely helpful and responded to our questions quickly.
Beautiful place to stay. Excellent location. Uber rides were very easy to access. The beds were very comfortable & 2 bathrooms was plenty for us 6 ladies. The Speakeasy bar/lounge was a nice plus! Only negative was the neighbors above us partied until 5am. Walls are very thin.
It was a great location with plenty of parking. The building was very well done. Everything we needed from pool to workout room, bar and rooftop! Lots of space in the condo for us to enjoy with some extended family. Thanks for helping make this an unforgettable trip!
We stayed with sisters and brothers and enjoyed the time in Nashville. The house was amazing and great location to Uber into Broadway. Had a small problem with our drain and the management was there within 15 minutes to fix. Cannot say enough great things about this property.
We are here to relax and have a good time with family and friends !! The place was great made you feel welcomed very clean the beds are excellent! Exactly as advertised! Well, definitely if we come back to Nashville, which we will stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay at the property. However, the air conditioning in the bedroom section of the unit was very warm. The living room and kitchen stayed pretty cool. The picture of the pool is a bit deceiving as well. It is very small.
We liked the vibe and Loved the 1865 Club downstairs! We all enjoyed our stay a lot.
The only downside is the nearby train tracks, description says no blow zone but it is definitely not! Several trains a night and lots of blowing going on.
Location is about a block away from Starbucks and a minimart.

Beautiful place however location was different then expected
We came for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time. With going in the middle of June it was very hot so the pool was an amazing asset that we needed just to cool off during the day. However we thought Broadway was going to be closer to us. The bars we wanted to go to were farther down on Broadway so it was about a 50 minute walk to them. Ended up ubering every time due to that long walk. Place was easily accessible and was able to use the cooking appliances for a couple of our meals which saved money. Overall the places beautiful just wish it was a bit closer to where the big bars were.
The place is such a cool little apartment. We loved the space, it was close enough to the downtown action without being right in the center of it. It was equipped well with a washer/dryer, induction stove, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of towels (we did need to launder them during our stay). The few things we noticed we needed, with a quick message to the host, were brought; extra dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and a new bottle of multi-purposed cleaner-within THE HOUR. The level of attention to that, still astonishes- that they were that concerned our needs, they delivered within an hour. There is an active train that we did hear throughout our 4 night stay, but was only heard during the day. As most other reviewers have mentioned, there is quite a bit of noise that comes from the person who stays above. We could hear every step they took and every time they vaccuumed (often during our stay). That was more disruptive than the train or anything else, but we went into this stay knowing it's an old building and there would be a little less insulation as a result. Overall, we'd not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip the Nashville.
We did like the unit, free parking, and the location was convenient. The problem we had was there is very little sound insulation and we had very roudy tenants above us partying until after 3 in the morning two of the three nights we stayed there.. We could hear every word along with other things I’m sure they assumed were in private. The toilet plumbing for the unit above ran through the main bedroom so every flush could be heard. It was honestly one of the worst B&B experiences. I reached out to the manager who basically said there was nothing they could do. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I realize they have no control over who rents the unit above but people should know what they might encounter.
Overall this property is great! The location is far enough to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Nashville but yet close enough for a $10 Uber ride. The property itself is in nice neighborhood. It's close to Vanderbilt, so there's a college vibe. Centennial Park is close, so take one of the e-scooters easily found near the property. It's a nice park to visit, especially the Parthenon. Also visit the bench that was dedicated to Taylor Swift.
As for the apartment, something to take into account for those that require quiet at all times is due to the style that the building is going for, there is no drywall/insulation on the ceiling, meaning that the wooden beams are exposed. You will hear the guests above you if they are heavy walkers or loud talkers, so noise is definitely there if it bothers you. We were fine with this and not a deal breaker for us. I personally like the aesthetics of the building which is in the style of an industrial feel. I like the fact that this property is gated with ample parking.
So all in all, this is an outstanding property to stay while visiting Nashville. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time it'll be warmer to enjoy the pool and outdoor kitchen area.
And btw, there seems to be construction going on for a speakeasy bar in the basement. That will be a great addition to the property.
