Just What We Needed!

We had a lovely stay here! The space is nicely decorated and has more than enough room to stretch out and relax. We especially loved the kitchen area for enjoying our morning coffee and light breakfast, before going out for sightseeing in Nashville. We loved the little grocery- convenience store which was within walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

5 Day Stay in Nashville

Clean. Nice Kitchen. Easy to accommodate family of 4 - more if you need. Nice bathrooms. Close to some of the east side attractions and about a 10 minute Uber to Broadway.

Good for 2 (no more) - cute & in an "up and coming" area

The property managers were lovely and very communicative. I arrived in Nashville on a super-early flight and hoped to check-in early; Five hours for cleaning (4pm check-in and 11am check-out) is excessive considering how tiny the unit is & considering they have guests start the dishwasher and laundry when they depart. They tried to help me get me in early but it didn't work out - I hung out at the cute coffee shop across the street. The coffee shop is a super hippy-hipster vibe. The area is being regentrified but it has a way to go - the bldg and especially the parking lot are a bit rough but the unit itself is remodeled and adorable! Our check-in was easy and the unit it bright and welcoming. The unit is TINY...perfect for 2 souls but no more. The second bedroom can sleep 4 in the big double-over-double bunks but no way you could have 6 people hang out in the living room. The kitchen is cute and well-equipped but they have the table wedged between counter and couch so not even 2 people can sit. (They ought to just take it out!) It was ok for as as we used the unit for a homebase to see friends in Nashville and always ate out. The keurig in the morning was great though. I loved the open shelving and cute dishes. Everything was sparkling clean. The water in the 2nd bathroom is plumbed backward so I had one day of cold shower but the managers were super sweet and responsive and helped me sort that out (wouldn't hurt to have a welcome/info book). Thanks for the nice stay!
