Good location, it was easy to travel to Broadway, 12 South and other tourist spots. The place is modern with a nice cafe and restaurants downstairs. I like the common area where you can cook, dine or do laundry. The room is basic but modern and I like the floor to ceiling windows. The only problem is I can hear the other guests from outside which is problematic especially in the middle of the night. They're not noisy but I think the walls or floor is too thin that you can basically hear anything happening outside of your room.
