Perfect girls' trip

The home was in a great neighborhood. We loved lounging on the porch. We used the big table for meals and playing cards. We definitely will stay there again.

Great place

This little southern duplex was perfect for our group. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and hanging out. Everything you need was right there. Great location, not too far from downtown, close enough to drive there in minutes.

Great long weekend rental

We spent 4 days in Nashville. The location is good - very close to the Farmers Market (which is also a trolley stop). House was clean. The screened in porch is amazing! House had everything we needed.

Excellent location!

Comfortable house, great location, property managers great. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. It could definitely have been much cleaner. The tub wouldn’t drain properly, mirrors and windows not cleaned. Needed better housekeepers.

Perfect weekend

Great property. Perfect for our group. Spacious and clean. We did not do a lot of cooking, but enjoyed being able to have coffee and breakfast together before heading out on adventures. Our only concerns were when wanting to watch morning news or a Sunday night football game, we could not keep the wifi connected. Otherwise, perfect house for a perfect weekend.

Girls getaway

The house worked well for our girls trip and they did a nice job of remodeling. Loved sitting on the screened in porch. It was a short Uber ride to town which was great. Management was easy to to contact and responsive to questions or needs. The neighborhood is in transition so we didn’t walk at night. Walk towards town and not the other direction. If you are a light sleeper an eye mask is helpful as it is bright in the master bedroom in the morning and maybe ear plugs because of the train and helicopters. Also, the master shower water will turn off if someone else is taking a shower so beware.

Very Nice Property

Beautifully decorated home located near Germantown. The neighborhood is a little rough but not bad. We had no issues. There were old dingy mattresses, broken furniture, and trash in the alley way right beside where you will park behind the house. You will need to Uber downtown or pay a premium for parking. It isn’t very safe to walk due to crossing a major intersection. The house is very nice with a cute screened in side porch and two sitting areas with lots of space. The beds are very comfortable. Note to management: there are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or clothes which is inconvenient but certainly not a showstopper. I would stay at this property again.

Perfect place!

This property was perfect! There was plenty of space for our family. We really enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed porch every morning. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you might need. We were very happy with this vrbo and would definitely stay here again. This place had it all!

Great spot near Farmers Market

This is a great house that’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to an amazing farmers market. U have to take Uber pretty much everywhere else but it’s a great house with a wonderful screened in porch. We had a great visit and it’s exactly how it was shown online.

It was convenient for everything that we wanted to do.There were 3 couples all in over 50 group and we found the accommodations were awesome. At rainy periods we had the living room cozy with the fire. When the evening was relatively warm we had the screened porch. I will go back!!!

The Howdy Girls

This duplex was a great place to stay. Large, clean interior and very quiet neighborhood. Grocery shopping nearby (walkable). All of the beds were comfortable and the four of us each had our own room. We opted to not rent a car and UBER'D to downtown, Broadway and the Opry. The Uber service is incredibly efficient. The property location is not really walkable to the tourist areas but there is also bus service nearby. Highly recommend this rental

Bachelorette party

This was a perfect spot for our girls group/bachelorette party! Ubers to Broadway were very reasonably priced, we did not feel over crowded, very spacious and touches of pink were perfect for our boujee bride! We had a bit of trouble getting in at check in time and were using appropriate codes, but the call center was easy to access and very prompt. It was mostly clean, however; housekeeping did leave the dirty linens from previous renters in the living room floor but overall we had a great experience. We would definitely choose this spot again.
