Our luxurious vacation home has everything you need to enjoy Nashville.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place to Downtown, The Gulch, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, Geodis Park and 12 South. The Home is on a residential street it has 3 bedrooms each with their own private bath 2 are ensuite bathrooms the other just outside the door
Enjoy an open concept space with modern finishings that embodies a home like feeling with the connivence of all things Nashville has to offer.

I'm here if you need me during your stay but give you privacy .

Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. Wander around the historic streets while the city sleeps, stop by grab your favorite from our local coffee shop, then head back for a morning at this private boho modern home.

We have a secure door entry code for each guest time based for check in and check out the code is unique to you . This code is sent out on check in day the morning you arrive.

Clean and modern

Nicely redecorated, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, in a classic neighborhood, super close to the Geodis stadium (for an outdoor concert). Definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had almost everything we needed and were comfortable. We would suggest adding a flatscreen tv to each bedroom and privacy/blackout curtains for the house. The owners were very responsive and the location was convenient to Uber to Broadway and to go to the grocery store that was just a few blocks from the house. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay!

This home was perfect for our group—a couple and two single travelers—giving us plenty of space to relax. We especially loved having the downstairs to ourselves as a couple. The house was beautifully remodeled, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was charming, with sidewalks that made it easy for me to go on a run each day. Plus, getting downtown for the SEC Tournament was a breeze with a quick Uber ride. Overall, it was the perfect location and an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

**Quaint Home & Great Location**

Loved the home...clean & comfortable...had everything we needed...easy to get to...great location. Had a couple of issues with the programmed front door lock, maybe because it was really cold but it worked out. No TVs in the bedrooms was a little disappointing.

Perfect alternative to a boring hotel!

I was in town for a few days by myself for my business. This proved to be the perfect place. I liked everything about it… the neighborhood, the set up, the decor, the linens and soaps- even laundry! So easy and convenient! And quiet! Highly recommend!

Excellent time in Nashville. House was great. Only problem was us getting the door lock to work only because we are all old and none of us have fancy locks . Owner was great to help.

Family Nash Weekend

House was very nice and spacious. Lovely decorations and very clean. Not far from everything. Just know - neighborhood homes are pretty run down and house does not have coverings on all windows. Would recommend putting coveting on all windows for privacy of guests. But nice and comfortable stay.

Nashville Gem!

This house was perfect for our family of five. The host thoughtfully provided everything that we could have possibly needed. All of the Nashville attractions were within an 8 to 10 minute drive. We were able to walk to many little shops and restaurants near the house. Definitely a great place to stay.

Clean and well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Comfortable heat. Being from the country had to get used to sirens from fire company close by. Could use some smaller salad plates in kitchen. Just my preference, no bigggie
