This place was spectacular. Beautiful place from top to bottom. Great location with easy access to broadway, shopping, and great restaurants. The communication was perfect. Easy to get on and out. The rooftop was my favorite part of this place. Great spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning or adult beverage in the evening. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Visited Nashville for my daughter’s college graduation trip. We had such an amazing time. This property is conveniently located to almost everything you want to do in town. The house was perfect for family and a few friends to get away and celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. We had four parents and four kids in town, and the house was perfectly set up to accommodate the group. And it was close Broadway and lots of other bar and restaurant options.

Large, nicely decorated space, comfortably fit our group. The rooftop is a fun space. Kitchen is large with a nice big table. The living room furnishing and beds were comfortable. Generally clean, but could use a deep cleaning (lots of dust on window blinds). Water pressure is VERY low - especially if more than one person is showering in the unit at the same time. The neighborhood is questionable. Not really walkable to local attractions.
