Welcome to Music Row’s Spence Manor, home of world-famous musicians including Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney, and Johnny Cash. Elvis actually leased the entire 6th floor which is our floor! Most artists would stay here when in town to record at nearby studios. This condo was designed to bring back the luxury that these musicians enjoyed. It is at the center of all Nashville entertainment.

Located on Music Row, this space offers the closest proximity to all things Nashville. Our amazing one-bedroom condo is perfect for any couple or small group looking to soak up this vibrant city!

Brigette was responsive and helped us every step of the way.The neighborhood is an excellent area- walkable and tons of places to eat and drink. Native Perch is really cute and having coffee available was a plus!

Great spot for my husband and children(teens). Walking distance to their great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. Pancake pantry was delicious and fun shops around it. Host were great! Smooth check in and helpful! Hoping to come back soon!Linders
