We had a great stay, clean, had a lot of ammentities we needed. Pretty close to all stores, and not far from Honky tonk road! We would definitely recommend this property to stay at! 5/5
Great location to stay when traveling through Nashville. Angela went above and beyond to accommodate our evolving travel plans. Due to hurricane Helene, we changed our check in date twice. She also supported our early check in request. Truly made our trip through town the best it could be!

Nice cottage
Nice cottage and good communication with host. Please note there was NO WASHER AND DRYER. Apart from that we had a comfortable stay even though the neighbors next door were partying loudly and their dogs barked a bit. Host was very gracious.

The property is much as described, a quaint, small, older home that's been refreshed with modern amenities. It is located on a semi-busy road & is near the highway, so some road noise was heard at night. But, this also means he property is centrally located and is very near the Nashville Zoo and other attractions, which was a big reason we chose to stay here. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness of the interior. There was all manner of hair, pet and human, on the floors, couch and bedding. The microwave and kitchen surfaces weren't clean, as if someone with soup or something on their hands had touched them and the grime wasn't cleaned away. There was also hair on the bathroom shower walls, from some previous guest. The television turns on, but doesn't have even local channels and the remote doesn't work, which made it impossible to attempt connecting to WiFi to access our own streaming services, much to the dismay of our teenage daughter. Finally, the dining table chair cushions are heavily stained, which when combined with the sofa/hair issue meant very few options for sitting without worrying about what you were sitting on, or what you might get on your clothes.
We stayed here for three nights with our dog. The place was very clean upon arrival and easy to find! The neighborhood is quiet and just a little ways from downtown Nashville. We really loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs though! It was something that was surprisingly hard to find in Nashville! We enjoyed letting the dogs out to explore our back while we nestled inside, it was a very cold weekend! Plenty of extra blankets around and cozy beds. Lots of towels and they had little travel shampoos and conditioners which my boyfriend enjoyed cause he forgot his. Would stay here again in heartbeat!
This was great for me and my dog, we were going to stay with my bother but they came her to spend time with me, we all loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs and would have enjoyed it more in warmer temperatures. I would stay here again!
It was very clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The tv didn’t work was my only complaint otherwise it is very great home to stay at with my family!
Great little house , very clean ! Would’ve liked blind on front window and a functional tv but was actually fine because we were in and out a lot , would recommend
We had a 2 night reservation and left after one night.
The listing is inaccurate - there is no washer and dryer. There is a TV, but you must bring your own log-in's to access Hulu or Netflix (not told that).
You should bring most things that you think you will need paper products (tissues/napkins), foil, plastic bags, and storage bowls, If you intend to cook meals there is one large pan and a skillet. There were two steak knives, and a couple of slotted spoons, no other utensils for cooking. There were no ice trays or ice!! Three coat hangers, and no body soap.
While the house was clean, the sun porch was not.
The house number needs to be displayed, since it's on a very busy two lane, noisy road and you can't easily identify the property.
The host (after the fact) said that all I needed to do was ask for things that were needed, but that would have been a very long list, and I don't think I should have to ask for a plastic ice tray.
The sheer curtains in the living room were too sheer given that the house sat close to the road. No privacy!
The bedrooms were recently painted, but there was no place to sit your bag, no chest with drawers, no bedside table or lamp and 3 coat hangers, in total.
Super Host properties are the only way to go!!! Lesson learned!!!
