In this 3 story home you are welcome to enjoy the first level with it’s open eat-in kitchen and separate dining area with spacious living room equipped with flat screen and sectional sofa. You will find a large half-covered deck through the side door near the kitchen. You may prefer the more private second story with large bedrooms, lavish bathrooms, and two Juliet balconies, or if you are looking to get away and have fun, the house’s third story penthouse is equipped with its own kitchenette/bar, electrical fireplace, another living area/conference room, a sectional sofa with a pull-out double size bed, a large balcony and two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Free WiFi included.

What a wonderful house! The rooms and sleeping arrangements and location were perfect. We had one little issue but Frank and his nephew came over to fix it. Everyone in the group loved it, we would definitely rent again if we come back.

Great house for groups

Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen with two fridges and large dining room table. Fun hang out room on the top floor with a great view. Would stay here again.

We loved the house. We were a group of 5 couples and there were still 2 extra rooms. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved it and would return here again. The location was a quick ride downtown by uber but we walked to the Gulch.

Nashville with old friends

The house itself is roomy, immaculate, and plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone. It’s location was perfect for those who like to walk and the other half had a short drive to all locations. I would definitely use your house again.

This property is amazing.

We were a group of 10 senior citizens. The location of the house was perfect. The condition of the house was amazing and the owner allowed us to drop our bags early. Would highly recommend this house.

The property was very clean and had the perfect room layout for my 15 person party. The living room was large enough to accommodate everyone. the location to down town was a short uber away. I would highly recommend this property.

Fun Nashville Weekend

Enjoyable weekend with family (11 adults). House was as described. Clean, spacious, plenty of amenities, and location walkable (1-2 miles) to Broadway. The Gulch are was fun with a variety of things to do. Rain hampered part of our stay, but the property was plenty large and in very good condition. Great experience!

Family Get Together

The property was perfect for our large group of 12 adults and 7 small children. There was plenty of room, parking was plentiful, and the property owner was quickly responsive when a dead skunk was found under the deck. Cleanliness was good except for some small items found under the furniture. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Daughter's 21st Birthday

We celebrated my daugthers 21st birthday and we had a group of 19 there was more than enough rooms, bathrooms, kitchen space... Great location! Quick and cheap uber ride to broadway, 30 minute walk to broadway. Host was very attentive, and quick to respond. The house was stocked with everything we needed and very clean, we will definitely book this house again!!

Best Place to Stay for Large Groups

This was our first time in Nashville and the house was absolutely perfect for our large group of friends and family. So much space, storage, showers, appliances, etc. and even though it’s not on the main Broadway strip, our Uber rides were about 7 minutes, they came super quick (in fact too quick LOL), and they were never over 10-20 bucks!! I’ve already recommended this house for others coming to Nashville soon! We will definitely stay here again! The owner, Frank, was super helpful and responsive as well! The place was clean and nothing was left behind by other renters. The experience was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Nashville for Christmas

We had the best time with our family for the Holidays in this house in Nashville. We had 4 families in the house for Christmas and there was more than enough room. I love that they had 2 fridges and the layout was great. It was clean and the owner Frank was very kind and on top of everything. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and stores we even walked all the way downtown twice. It was kinda for for downtown but the Gulch was very walkable. We love walking so downtown was fine too . I would recommend this house to any big groups it was amazing.

Perfect house for a large group

Our extended family stayed here for a short vacation in Nashville. The location was perfect-very walkable to the Gulch and Broadway. House is as advertised and very spacious. The house was generally clean but not what we have come to expect from VRBO units. It could use a little TLC and some additions (hooks in the rooms, comfortable, clean chairs on decks, etc but nothing major). Overall, very well stocked kitchen! Check in and check out were very easy (no lenghty list of things you have to clean before you left). Overall, our family would return here.

We really enjoyed this property! The pictures do not do the property justice. Things we really liked: * 7 bedrooms with beds (6 with their own bathroom) * 8th bedrooom is the 3rd floor living space * 2 living paces gave people the opportunity to spread out. * plenty of seating for meals * location is walkable to many cool places * beds are comfy; bathrooms plenty of towels & hot water Things we had to address once there: * Grill was missing propane, owner addressed * no dishwasher cleaner Recommendations * windows could use a good cleaning * clean out extras in the kitchen and provide space for renters food items. * instructions for the TV We had a great time and really enjoyed being all together!

The best "home" in Music City!

Right from when we made the booking (4 months in advance) till our check-out departure, Frank has been the most helpful host. He always took time to answer all our questions about the house as well as the neighborhood. The house is very well designed with bedrooms for at least 6-7 couples all with attached bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-stocked with pots, pans and basic cooking spices. The two gathering places: one on the main floor and one on the 3rd floor were perfect for our groups to hang out and continue the party that is Nashville. The large dinner table helped create many memories for our group of friends. The location of the house is priceless as its walking distance to many cool areas in music city- super close to award winning restaurants! Definitely one of the best value stays for large groups in Nashville. Special thanks to Frank and his team for making our stay so comfortable and always looking out for ways to improve.

The neighborhood was quiet, location was ideal, and plenty of space. This was a family vacation with 3 generations. The room downstairs was ideal for my 80 year old in-laws. The third floor has a nice size family room space which came in handy when we came home after a night on Broadway. We were able to keep the first floor quiet while continuing to visit with the tipsy adults who weren’t ready to end the night :)
