A 10 minute ride away from downtown, this "Good as Gold Rowhouse" is ideally located within walking distance of trendy, high-end Hillsboro shopping and dining.  Easily stroll on over to Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love, Central BBQ and other Nashville foodie hot spots anytime you'd like.  The Vanderbilt neighborhood is quiet and safe and yet downtown Nashville (Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium), Green Hills, Germantown, 12 South and other Nashville tourist spots are all within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy sunsets and maybe even a jam session or songwriter's retreat in the top floor lounge which features a full deck, bright yellow piano and guitar.  Vanderbilt Medical Center, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Nashville's Music Row (recording studios) are all within a couple blocks.

Good as Gold Rowhouse was built in 2021 and was designed with comfort and luxury in mind. All bedrooms feature high-end Helix mattresses, high thread count linens, Smart TV's and secure, independent check-in and check-out.  There are four bedrooms (3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed) as well as two luxury American Leather king sized sleeper sofas.  These aren't your grandma's squeaky sofas!  The layout is ideal for guests desiring a common gathering place, but preferring separation and privacy.  Bedrooms are on different floors and each has a dedicated bathroom.

Floor 1: Bedroom 1 - King sized bed and ensuite bathroom
Floor 2: Kitchen, living room with king sized pullout couch and half bath
Floor 3: Bedroom 2 - King sized bed and ensuite bathroom
Floor 3: Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed and hall bathroom
Floor 4: Bedroom 4 - King sized bed and hall bathroom
Floor 4: 4th floor music lounge and deck with king sized pull-out sofa

Things to note:

This tall, narrow rowhouse is four stories. So, expect stairs.
There is one rear dedicated carport parking spot.  There are additional building and street parking options that are typically available but are first come first served.
Each TV is a Smart TV where you can log into personal programs and access local channels.  But, there is no cable provided.
The layout may not be ideal for small children.  Bedrooms are separate on different floors, there are no baby gates, baby proofing, etc.
