The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out by 10am. If you check out late without prior arrangements, we charge $100/hour fee as it really creates a major challenge for us and our cleaners. We oftentimes have back-to-back guests.
Please empty your groceries from the refrigerator and freezer, and remove any and all trash and place it in the beige garbage bin by the driveway.
Lock ALL DOORS when you depart and place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code. **If you’ve lost a key, please let us know ASAP.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Parties, loud music, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
Check-In is at 4 PM. Check-Out: 10 AM (prompt). Late check-out is subject to a $100/hour fee.

This home is in a wonderful older neighborhood, within an easy distance of many restaurants, shopping, the zoo and more. It was as described,clean and extremely comfortable. It was nice to come back to a place where we could just sit and relax with space to move around and be together or separate if we chose. So much better than staying in a hotel! I would highly recommend this property and will check its availability the next time we come to town.
