Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). Check out the rest of this listing for more details on shared spaces.

Great location! A quiet getaway after spending the day in the busyness of downtown. Alex is a great host and very responsive. The front porch swing was awesome! We would stay there again if coming back to Nashville. And for an added bonus, this location is only a few minutes away from one of our favorite breakfast restaurants, Snooze!

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed our stay! Alex’s place was perfect, clean and comfy and convenient to everything we needed. Loved having coffee already there. The two bedrooms were perfect for me and my sister.

One Night Concert Stay

Great Home!

The place was great! Many online bnb rentals are not comfortable to lounge around in, but that is not the case here! The home is very well kept, with comfortable furniture, and very clean. The host was very responsive and greeted us one morning when we crossed paths outside. He was very polite. The area is great with many restaurants, grocery, etc nearby. I highly recommend this home.

Great Stay!!

This place is only a 10ish-minute drive to downtown Nashville which makes it a perfect location to be close to the city but still enjoy the solitude of the suburban life. The place is within walking distance to a grocery store so if you're one to cook its convenient. The host communicated well and was very accommodating. I would definitely book here again if I was staying in Nashville!

We loved this rental! Quiet, clean, nicely decorated and furnished place. Easy access. Ample parking in front of home. Comfortable beds with nice linens, Excellent air conditioning (which we appreciated on some of the hot fall days). The host lives upstairs but we did not see or hear him during the stay. So our space felt private. Communication with him through the app was easy however. As some have mentioned, the porch was a great place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing and before we headed out to our scheduled music events. I also really liked this neighborhood. Close to a Kroger’s for groceries, also close to restaurants. Highly recommend the Urban Cowboy nearby. Great pizza, live music and cocktails with a lovely patio. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and inviting

The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and grocery store. The owner has everything labeled for your convenience. The beds are comfortable and the space is comfortable. The porch swing is a sweet addition.

The house was exactly as expected, very clean and in a great location. Grocery store in walking distance and lots of restaurants and bars near by. 10 min drive to Downtown Nashville and broadway. Alex is a great host, very responsive and great communication. Alex made the whole process so easy. We will be staying with Alex again!

Quiet, convenient and comfortable

This cute little home was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walkimg distance to grocery stores and and restaurants. Perfect distance from Nashville. Just a short 15min drive and you're in the middle of it all. This home had a nice outdoor space in front to sip coffee and watch the birds or the few people walk their dogs and a private sitting area outback. We cooked breakfast and enjoy conversation. Perfect getaway that feels like home.

We were in town for an overnight stay to go to a show and see downtown. This house was perfect for location and the owner was awesome! Beautiful rental. It was just perfect! Getting Lyft to take us to our destinations was a breeze. I highly recommend! Thanks Alex for a great place to stay! Looking forward to staying again when in the area. Highly recommend!
