Welcome to our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH LUXE CONDO that sleeps 8 & is directly on MUSIC ROW! GUITAR SHAPED POOL!

* HeiarLivin has 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 BD, 2 BD, 3 BD & 4 BDs that sleep large groups!

* If you have questions on PRICE OR DISCOUNTS, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE! We're happy to work with you! ALSO, we like to book 3 nights on the weekends but just message us & we'll try to work with you!

This is our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & LUXE VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed & Twin Bunks (sleeps 4)
- Custom made bunks; very sturdy for adults

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
The modernized kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 5 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there is an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows on DIRECTV.

BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & standing glass shower - each having their own door for more privacy while getting ready.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL and GRILL:
Our pool area is open year round. However, the pool is not heated so it is up to our HOA to determine the exact dates of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year (typically May-October).

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. One parking spot per condo. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex.

Marathon weekend

The rental is clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area of Nashville! We could easily walk, use the electric scooters, or use ride share to the downtown bars, restaurants, and attractions. The rental had all of the necessary amenities to prepare meals. We will definitely rent again.

perfect weekend getaway

The condo was the perfect stay for a short weekend get-away. There was plenty of space (2 adults and 3 older teen/ young adults) and the condo was well equipped with anything one could have needed. It was about a 20 minute walk to broadway bars. The condo was very clean and the check-in/ check out process was simple. The owners were very responsive.

Where do I begin? This property was easy to get in and out of with ample instructions from the hosts. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee!, filters, soap of all kinds, shampoo, conditioner, the list goes on! It might seem trivial but when you’re only there a day or two, it makes a difference in packing and not having to hit a store for the little things. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that there is a separate room for the toilet and shower is convenient when you have multiple people staying and trying to get ready at the same time. It’s in a quiet area but easy to access Broadway and all of the nightlife. I would definitely stay here again!Thank you Lacey & Derek!

This condo was fabulous!! Super comfortable beds, incredibly clean, sooo cozy. Trendy decor. The only thing we didnt realize was that the initial code we recd went to the back entrance... so we thought we were locked out for a while. Thankful for gracious neighbors who eventually let us in.

SKOL Trip

4 of us came in for Vikings/Titans game. This property was perfect for our small group. Its in walking distance or short uber ride to Broadway and stadium. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean. We were able to check in early host made the proces super easy. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Thought the area was nice and safe.

Great safe neighborhood- walking distance to the gulch, broadway, pedal tavern. Clean place with comfy beds, great water pressure in shower. Pool was filthy but it is towards the end of the seaaon. We would stay here again!

Buyer Beware

Who are we: We have been on both sides of vacation rentals over the last 13 years as hosts with the highest rating possible on another site. Nothing like this, ever!The positive: The apartment was clean and well designed. the location superb.The negative: As we exited the elevator on the 6th floor we were met with a noxious odor - my son gagged. We went into the unit and while the odor was less prominent it was still there and awful. only two windows and one broken so we couldn't air it out. the awful - I reached out to the host to let them know what was happening. We did not hear back for about an hour and during that time left for a hotel. It was not possible to stay in the stench.The host responded overnight saying they went there and there is no odor.I reached out again in the morning asking to meet at the property before 11 am or after 2 pm - I had to work during the middle hours. The host responded saying they had already been there and there is no issue. Later they offered to meet at 12 noon and only at 12 noon.I reached out to VRBO and they organized a call with the host. During the call the host called me a liar, called me a child and would not agree to meeting me there at any time except noon. When the VRBO agent suggested that there may have been an odor and to meet with us there the host argued with them as well and said "my property is perfect".The host kept our full payment, did not attempt to relist the unit or offer anything.

Great and safe location! Brewery and Live Oak neighborhood bar and a coffee shop were just a quick 2 minute walk away. Nice easy walk to the gulch and we chose to uber to Broadway, which was easy and inexpensive. Property was clean and had everything we needed from an iron or steamer to curling irons!
