Welcome to our LARGE 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway.

This is a LARGE 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. It is located on the 2nd floor. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & has one of the largest kitchens in the building! It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions.

Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
This condo has one of the largest kitchens in this complex! There is plenty of space to make your morning cup of coffee or cook a small meal, so enjoy if you desire to do so! The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
Standing glass shower & vanity sink.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was very well appointed and very clean and spacious. The owners were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for something along music row. Conveniently had a trolley stop nearby that would make it easy to enjoy the Nashville City tour. This is a great location!

Excellent location and excellent hospitality

Lacey was beyond communicative and made the process so easy. Everything lived up to our hopes for Nashville! Location was in prime location next to a lot of music history (which is a huge plus). Everything was very walkable to get to main locations (no more than 10-20 min walks or 5 min drives) and would definitely recommend it for anyone thinking of visiting Nashville!

Great Stay

Nice, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location. Lots to do in walking distance, and I prefer this part of Nashville over the much busier/louder Broadway area.

Location was great, close to many Nashville hot spots. The apartment building was quiet, clean, and made for an easy stay. The only negative was it took a long time for the water to get hot. We would definitely go back and rent this place again!

Great Stay

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and provided all the amenities as described. The thing we liked the best about the stay was the location. It was close enough to Broadway that the cost of an Uber to get there was not outrageous, but far enough away from all the hustle of Broadway to have space to relax. The pool was an added plus as it is just one more activity available.

This space is large, well maintained, has every amenity you would need AND access to the coolest pool around! I love staying around music row, but this has been my favorite spot so far. Plus Lacey is a great communicator. If this condo is open during your stay in Nashville… your search is over!

Awesome condo on Music Row

Close enough to go downtown in the District, yet far enough away to not hear all the loudness! Condo was beautiful inside! Pool was perfect! The security was top notch with codes needed to get inside condo! Condo spotless and full of everything you could need! Couldn’t have been any more perfect for us!

Birthday weekend

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, exactly what we were looking for. About a five min walk to midtown cafe for a great breakfast before we started our day. We felt safe enough to walk the neighborhood day or night. A little bit out of the way of downtown. Def catch the trolly the first day to situate yourself before you explore on your own. We would stay again.

Great Music Row Location!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and so comfortable! The property was a perfect spot for a getaway for my husband and I. Music, restaurants, coffee and bars in walking distance was a huge plus. We hopped on a couple of scooters and rode down to Broadway for a bit. The Gulch was a short walk away to browse and window shop. We’ll be sure to rebook for our next trip to Nashville :) Thank you so much!

Wonderful Nashville Place

This is the second stay we've had here; came back because of the great location and cleanliness of the condo. Everything was in perfect condition - well appointed kitchen & appliances, decorated like home, great bed (I have a bad back). Very nice to have washer/dryer in the unit - especially for a long stay like ours. Quick trip to downtown, and a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Right in the heart of Music Row. Lacy made the entire experience super easy; great host! I would definitely recommend this place for any stay in Nashville.

Long weekend

Beautiful condo. Very clean and well appointed. Parking is kinda a mess as poles to contended with and others park over lines making it tight.The lights flickered all the time in the bathroom and coukd cause issues Yao folks sensitive to that. Hot water for shower was hit or miss and had two days of just tepid warmth.Remote for tv was cumbersome and needs an upgrade.But those were minor concerns. Hosts were fantastic and condo was beautiful. I scored total 4, but only because of hot water issue, other than that solid 5!
