Great Stay!

Stayed at the property for a bachelor party! Lots of walkable restaurants and a short uber/lyft ride to downtown. Everything went really smoothly and not an outrageous list of things to do for check out!

Great Place for a group of friends

Place was excellent. Clean inside and perfect for a group of guys going to game. Only 5-10 min ride to Broadway and Stadium. Property could use a little upkeep on the outside. Would rent again.

Everything was exactly as described! My only complaint would be that there isn’t enough seating in the living room.. we couldn’t all sit and watch the football games (there were 6 of us) but other then that very clean and the beds were SOO comfortable!

The house was roomier than expected and no one was tripping over anyone while moving around. Location was good but thought we were closer to Broadway. Nothing a quick shared ride didn’t cure. Overall a nice quiet area and would do it again

There was so much space for our group of 11 and the property was in the perfect location - in walking distance to breweries, coffee shops and restaurants, and just a short Uber away from downtown. It was also super clean, and when we had an issue with the door code, the management company responded and helped us immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious house

The house was spacious and very clean. There was lots of room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for our large group. The hot tub was huge! We had some troubles with getting into the house because the pin code didn't work at first. Also the mattresses on the bottom floor were squeaky and uncomfortable. The ones on the second floor were absolutely delightful. The roof deck was a wonderful place to hang out in Nashville's fall weather.

Great reunion house for girlfriends

Centrally located property in walking distance to the farmer's market and many restaurants. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop deck, but space was plentiful for 5 girlfriends to enjoy time together. The outdoor spa was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Our only difficulty was using the TV. Michael was very diligent in trying various TV options, but we had to go to a sports bar to watch Wimbledon.

Perfect for large groups

We had a large group visiting for a 21st birthday. The property manager was extremely responsive to our request for early check in. The home was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen area with the large island and table provided plenty of seating.The beds were comfortable. and we appreciated the private den with 2 additional single beds in order to accommodate our large group.We had time to enjoy the gameroom and used the upstairs patio every morning to have our coffee. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the hot tub. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definately rent here again when we return to Nashville.

Beautiful home, poorly cleaned

This may have been aberration, but the property was not cleaned when we arrived. The fridge had been overlooked altogether, dirty surfaces and we found someone else’s toenail in the bedsheets :-( The property management company was responsive and offered to send a cleaner over, but I preferred to just clean it myself. The house itself is beautiful and the location was great - it felt safe and was quiet. There are lots of stairs so not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

I received excellent customer service leading up to the reservation (all my questions were answered promptly). And we had a slight issue with the keyless entry that was resolved in seconds upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but about a 10 minute walk had a large grocery store and multiple bars and restaurants. There was access to a bus directly downtown as well just a 10 minute walk away. Check out was simple and low maintenance. Would reccommend and stay again!
