The hotel is great, good location. Parking is very expensive. You can find parking lots around, but are.not cheap. We checked in at 1 am. Staffs were.not nice. Maybe was because of the time of the day.

The hotel was relatively close to Broadway so walking was not a problem. The breakfast buffet was not great and definitely not worth 19$ per person.

Walkable to broadway! However no one cleaned our room for the entire stay. No room service. Restaurant in the hotel was eh.

Loved this hotel. Perfect walking distance to broadway. All the staff was so nice and helpful. We will be for sure saving this hotel and rebooking for our next trip to Nashville

The young man that checked us in was great! Friendly and answered any question that I had He was top notch. The bartender Rob, at the lobby bar, can't say enough good things about him. So friendly not just to the people at the bar but to the folks coming and going. Another great employee. All employees that we came in contact with were super nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville.

We drove in from Texas and was extremely tired. We wanted a place with valet parking and a restaurant on site so we didn't have to leave. We weren't able to do any site seeing on this stay. But the place is beautiful, easy to access, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff was friendly to these old weary hillbillies and we were grateful for the wonderful nights rest.

Fine stay, nicely decorated, very decently clean. The mandatory valet parking was really inconvient and annoying, plus SUPER expensive. That alone would make me look elsewhere for a place to stay next time I visit.

Great central location for all the fun stuff goin on! Easy walking distance to Broadway, The Listening Room, The Station Inn in the Gulch…. The hotel is clean, quiet and a little swanky. Bonus: bartenders are fun and welcoming. Try the Broadway Girl at the Hoppy Bird. :)

The area is very walkable and while this location may not be “close” to broadway, there were plenty of people walking to and from the area that made the location feel near, while also far enough to achieve some peace.

I thought your overnight parking fee of 59.99 was too high. i wound up parking at the Music City Convention Center for 35.00 per night. It was only a four block walk but i would have preferred parking at the hotel. Will have to consider that the next time i come to Nashville.

I tipped the valet and he didnt even say thank you. I asked the front desk for a cart and there were none. The.front desk told me that they cant keep track of the carts when people keep them. In my opinion its the staffs responsibility to keep track of hotel property and ensure carts are retuned ao that guests can use them
