We highly recommend this place! It was perfect for our needs and close to everywhere we wanted to visit within and outside of Nashville. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and more, and we loved the interior design. The private parking garage was the best we've seen and we've been staying at places all around Nashville since 2018. Mark was very responsive, even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday, and he was able to accommodate our special requests. All around great!

A great stay in a great locaion

We visited Nashville to tour Vanderbilt and get a sense of the city. Our accommodations were just what we needed, close to the University, easy drive to downtown, and very close to the highway (but without the noise). The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of access to food, shopping, and fun. A great stay and I'd absolutely consider coming back if I were to return to Nashville.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! The house was clean and as advertised. We didn't do any cooking but there was a full kitchen available. The beds were super comfortable! Being from out of town, we didn't realize that the area we booked in was not super walkable, most destinations were a (quick) Uber ride away. But this was great value for our money, and a great stay overall!

The condo is well set up, clean and secure. Only note would be about the stairs. From covered parking spaces to the top floor bedroom is three flights - not ideal for anyone mobility challenged. Otherwise nice place / good value.

The condo is in a great location on the west side of Nashville. 15 minutes from the airport. Within 20 minutes of anything we wanted to get to. The place is in great shape and exactly as described.

Great condo!

The condo was clean and our host was great. Condo is a short uber from downtown and walking distance to a few local places. It also had off street covered parking, which was nice. I would have giving 5 stars, but I didn’t love the third bedroom be up on the third floor.

Nice condo but we’re surprised by the amount of stairs. While we were able to communicate with the manager, the WiFi router was never located. We were given permission to use WiFi from another condo. The condo was very clean and stocked with coffee and water bottles.

Great Property & AMAZING Location!

We loved visiting Nashville and staying at this property! The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. I loved that there was a private parking garage with gate and code. The beds were comfy and had all the amenities we needed. We never heard any noise coming from the other units in the building. The location was amazing and we had no trouble reaching all of our destinations easily. The property management team was very responsive and helped to answer all of our questions very quickly. Overall we had an amazing time and can't wait to visit Nashville again! Highly recommend this rental!

Love the West End

This is a great three story town home with the master suite on the third floor. The second bedroom is larger than appears in the pictures (which is rare). The two queen beds fit w ample room between. This room share the floor w the laundry room. There is a little dead space on the main floor but with two points of entry that’s going to happen. We loved getting to use the main front door but we’re thrilled to have private parking beneath the main floor in the gated garage. The second space was so helpful as our oldest lives in the west end and visited for many meals. This was the best stocked kitchen we’ve experienced in and Airbnb/Vrbo/hotel suite. We prepared a minimum of two meals a day for the 4-5 of us. The only think we missed was having tv trays since there is no dining table. We found it a great value overall especially since Centennial Park is one of our favorite places in Nashville and Broadway was only 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location to get back and forth to Vanderbilt hospital and the children’s hospital. We walked on the nice days (25 minutes along Vanderbilt university campus) and drove in at night (10 min). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Interacting with the host was so easy and timely. Would highly recommend!

This unit was the perfect size for our group of 3 and was equipped with everything we needed. Great neighborhood too. Communication with the owner was excellent. I’d recommend staying here.
