This house was perfect for our first family getaway as a family of 4. We traveled with a 5 year old and newborn plus my parents. The house was perfectly situated for all of us. The backyard was awesome for the kids!! We walked to the brewery and coffee shop. We’ll be renting this house again!

Great Nashville Home!

Lovely Home in Nashville

A very nice and well equipped home in a good location for visiting or being a tourist. Very clean at check in and it had all the essentials for all of our activities. The Master Suite on the ground level is very nice and the other two bedrooms nice but serviceable for larger groups.

Fun Family Time!

This was a perfect location for easy access to all that Nashville has to offer. There were five adults and two dogs on our trip, and we all fit perfectly in this home. It was sparkling clean, and David was easy to work with. We will definitely consider this property the next time we travel to music city.

HS Friends' Reunion

9 high school friends (and 1 dog) gathered at this house for three days of catching up and fun in Nashville. The accommodations were perfect for the group. Quiet, safe neighborhood with room inside and out for group gathering. The beds were comfortable, plenty of parking for 3 cars and fenced back yard for the dog. The host, David, was very accommodating and responsive for any questions we had or information we needed.

Perfect for Family Christmas

Wife and I, and two adult children w/ partners stayed for Christmas week. House was well stocked, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and in a nice neighborhood. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom which was perfect. Open kitchen and living area with lots of comfortable seating. Though not used due to weather, back yard deck seating, front porch and balcony offered pleasant outdoor areas. Location was convenient - quick access to interstate and 15 min or less to anything. Owner was responsive and helpful in all interactions.

What a great surprise

It was a getaway weekend to Nashville. We didn't want to stay in a hotel. This house and the neighborhood were more than we ever expected. First the house. Extremely clean and well furnished. And very comfortable. While we didn't cook the kitchen would have been superb for whatever we would normally prepare. The beds were great and the linens were top of the line. The neighborhood has gone through a transformation in the last dozen years and there are block after block of new, contemporary homes work together to create a most pleasing look. Everything feels fresh and new and some great little restaurants and bars are within short walking distance. And while the whole area has been upgraded the people we passed while walking couldn't have been more friendly. It's young and vibrant. The location was 10-15 minutes to downtown and easy to access. All-in-all, it was A+.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our visit. After we checked out, we realized we had accidentally left an item behind, and the host went above and beyond to locate it and kindly offered to ship it back to us. We’re so grateful for the extra effort and care. Highly recommend staying here — we’d happily return!
