The Space:

Welcome to our newly renovated 1940s bungalow where historic quaintness has been updated with modern design and comfort. Our comfortable space sleeps 6 and boasts a completely upscaled kitchen with all stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. You can listen to the birds sing songs while enjoying a cup of coffee on our oversized deck in one of the deep, comfy chairs. All one-story living!

Queen Sized Bed + Full ensuite Bathroom



🌟Bedroom 2:

King Sized Bed + Smart TV and adjacent Full ensuite Bathroom.



🌟Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dish-ware, some spices, coffeemaker, coffee, creamers, and sugar to get you started.



🌟Driveway space for two cars and free street parking available. Please park only in front of our home to be mindful of neighbors.



🌟Welcome basket with light refreshments is provided for you to enjoy.



🌟Fresh bed linens are supplied. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal.



🌟One initial round of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee is provided; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby Kroger or Walgreens.



🐶 PET RULES: DOG ONLY - 1 dog up to 50lbs.

Leashes: Dog must be leashed when outside

Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station

Furniture: Dog is not allowed on furniture or beds

Supervision: Dog should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house Housebroken: Dogs must be housebroken

Crates: Dog should be crated if left alone inside

Potty areas: Outside but NOT on a neighbors lawn! Please just make sure to pick up after your dog!

Noise: Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise





🎈 Decorations: No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream! NO decorations on Wallpaper! Please remove all decorations before departure

🤫 Quiet Hours: We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages: We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess: The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

Our neighborhood is close to everything you need. Mitchells Deli and Dose are nearby and it's a mile to Riverside Village, which is a little pocket neighborhood where you will find two bustling blocks filled with Nashvillians, restaurants, shops and street art and Amelia's Flower Truck!



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyfts are readily available!



Other Things to Note:

While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
