About this property

Duplex in a quiet Nashville neighborhood - close to everything. Pet-friendly!

  • 1 bed, 1 bath duplex on a quiet street. Fenced in backyard and quiant covered porch. Kitchen and in unit laundry. The duplex has private entrances, and no shared spaces but is attached to our home. Location is fantastic! 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Opryland and 15 minutes to the airport. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops. Free on site parking. We are a long term unit and welcome 1-4 month stays. We are new to VRBO but not new to hosting, please see our listing on other travel websites for reviews.
