This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom with King size bed & a full bath. Additional sleeping area via a Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Flat screen TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. Amazing Nashville

Everything about this place and the communication with Rebecca was amazing. Condo was super clean, well stocked, and Rebecca was quick with responses! The location was perfect and center to many things to do. Will definitely be back!!!!

Nashville

Love being by the Cumberland River, we watched the tug boats at work pushing barges up and down the river, we enjoyed a couple of furry friends, a groundhog and a squirrel and lots of birds. So coming home from downtown to our retreat was very relaxing. We loved this property.

Riverfront view walk to Broadway

Clean no frills spot in a great location. We didn't rent a car and walked to Germantown, Broadway and downtown. Priced well and has what you need. Very cool on the river watching the tugs and barges during morning coffee. Outstandingvacommunication from Rebecca.

Quick getaway

Very nice place in a convenient location. The only drawback is there is some occaisional noise issues due to some local construction being done in the area. Still not a bad stay though. It wil be very nice once the construction is done in that area.

Weekend Get-A-Way

My husband and I stayed in Nashville for the weekend! This place was in the best location! Very easy to get downtown and it happened to be close to one of the concert venues we went to! It also was dog friendly so our girls were able to travel with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding stay

Had to find a place close to downtown for a wedding all hotels were way over priced once all fees were done look at VRBO and found this place it was great! The views location, price were just perfect.

Birthday Weekend

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and great location. We walked downtown and to German Town. Our truck didn’t move for 5 days, if weather is bad you can uber and it’s very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Cozy Condo

The condo was just perfect for the two of us and our beagle. We enjoyed walking the trail in the morning and relaxing on the patio Overlooking the river. We were able to walk to all the attractions downtown. We were very pleased with the easy parking and convenience location. The condo was comfortable and cozy. We highly recommend it and will stay here again.

Great location

Fun. Fun. Excellent place with the river barges active, the train rolling by and close to every place in town. Lyft ride was $5 to the honky Tonks. Nice place very comfy and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed every minute.

First trip to Nashville

We had an incredible first time visit to Nashville. We celebrated our friend’s 50th birthday, listened to incredible music and had lots of good drinks and food along the way. A great time was had by all. My wife and I enjoyed the great river views and watching the barges and trains go by. The condo was clean, well appointed and in a great spot. We will definitely come back to stay again.
