Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville offers within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home, and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the 5-story building and features an open-concept dining and living area overlooking 11th Ave with a private balcony so you can enjoy as much as you want of all the bustling activity that the Gulch has to offer! To the right of the kitchen, there is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a modern and bright feel with a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2-3, the bed is a plush foam King with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guests bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a sunny view with a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms their own private bathroom experience.

The space has a washer/dryer, so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville with ease, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

Great Location and Pool

Fantastic rental located in trendy area in The Gulch. Very clean, beautifully appointed condo with lovely views of nightlife below. Friendly, attentive management available for smooth check in. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great location

Location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. About a 20 minute walk to Broadway. This vrbo condo is located right above a bar so was a bit noisy, not a problem if you are part of the party though. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious and nice.

The condo is in a great location. Walkable to everything! It is well appointed and we loved sitting on the outside patio and watching the people! The pool was very nice and the gym area is nice too. We would stay here again when visiting Nashville. The host is quick to answer any questions we may have had!

Very clean. Great neighborhood. About 10 minutes or less ride to Broadway. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. It was quiet. Nice balcony as well!

Gulch was a great location

Plenty to see and do and walk to from this Gulch townhouse. 3rd floor boasts a great wrap around outdoor patio which is great for morning coffee sessions or for cocktails at night. Cozy furniture with plenty of kitchen amenities to chill. Would return again if we visit TN.

We came to vacation and visit our niece who lives in Nashville. The location was perfect. Amanda’s directions regarding how to access the property were spot on. It can definitely get noisy on the street, however we knew that going in so no surprise there. The balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine to end the night. Would consider staying here again should we have the opportunity.

It was a nice place to stay. Plenty of places around us to eat and a scooter ride or Uber to go to Broadway Ave. There were a few things that needed some maintenance and touched up. But all in all it was good.

Great Location in Nashville!

Great location to all things Nashville! The Gulch area is so nice with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was only a 20 min. walk to Whiskey Row too! Our apartment was more than ample for 2 adult couples. Well appointed and on the corner which lended us a perfect view to the street and nightlife below. Communication with Amanda was excellent and the check in process was smooth. We'd definitely return and stay again.

Spacious loft in the Gulch

The property was clean, neat and basically what was shown in the listing. The property manager was very attentive to my questions throughout our stay. Great view of the Gulch neighborhood from the wraparound patio. Conveniently location near great restaurants and stores. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. The building itself was nice with amenities that we tools advantage of - the pool and the Zen garden patio.

Great location beautiful space!

Very easy check in process. The location was perfect. We walked to Broadway several times (even pushed my mom in a wheelchair). It’s a little noisy but we brought a fan for sleeping and it drowned out the noise. The description says pull out couch but there wasn’t one. They did provide an air mattress. Very nice unit. Would stay here again!

Girls trip to the Gulch

Fabulous location, close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The building is very nice, and the apartment is very comfortable! The balcony is a great place to sit and unwind after a day of walking around. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants and even an ice cream shop with boozy milkshakes! Amanda was always just a text away to provide answers for us! Checkout instructions were a breeze! We would definitely stay here again! Very quiet building , and everyone we met was super friendly! (Just be aware that the street outside does get very loud at night)

Amazing Stay in the Gulch!

Perfect location—walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. The place was super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Loved the rooftop views! The host was friendly and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nashville!
