The rooms were really comfortable. Only one working elevator, and cannot take the stairs from the 9th floor was inconvenient. House keeping employees were friendly and helpful.

The location to Broadway stripe was convenient if ypu don't mind walking down hill and then up hill going back to hotel.

Guys at Valet parking went above and beyond. The gentleman that check me in had no personality, was not friendly and I went out of my way to try and get him to smile. I wasted my time.

Good location away from the noise. Easy walk for those in shape not if you are older and have a hard time walking.

I agree - one of my favorite things about our location is that it's close enough to walk to so many great places but far enough away that you don't hear the noise when it's time to rest. staycation in my city, my friends and I had a blast! The hotel is conveniently located 1 minute walk to printers alley and 5 minute to Broadway. The valet guys and front desk was so helpful and very nice. Only negative is overnight valet fee is $55 plus tax. Seek nearby parking :)

We had 2 rooms booked. One room was very musty smelling and had paint chipping off the ceiling. Window sills had black under the paint you could see (appeared to be mold?). Also, we were not informed we needed to request towels or housekeeping but we found out at 12pm when we returned to our messy room from earlier in the day. Just very disappointing and not Hilton standards.

Very nice facility, well maintained, conveniently located BUT very pricey, especially considering that rooms are only cleaned IF the guest requests - otherwise, beds are not changed and room is not cleaned daily. Likewise, the price of valet parking ($55/day) was way too high.

The property was nice. It seemed a little old but clean enough. Didn't like getting a wheelchair capacity room and shower. Didn't like being adjacent to the cleaning staff elevator. Very noisy early am and late night. Didn't like that parking was so very expensive per night at $55.00 instead of the usual $30 - $39 per night at most places. Didn't like the breakfast was so expensive. Location is really good. Cookies are really good. Elevators were very quick.

The front desk, restaurant and valet staff were excellent. Very helpful, courteous and accommodating. Rooms a little old school as far as lay-out. Bathroom a little tight but room nice size. Ordered in one night, the pizza and cheeseburger delivered to the room were excellent. Location perfect. Not too close to Broadway (thankfully) but centrally located to many other attractions. Used a car service and arrived at most places in 10 minutes or less from hotel. Many others within walking distance. Would stay again.

We paid for a king room that was extremely small. You could barely walk around the bed. The smallest king room I have ever stayed in. Floor was not clean. Room service was fast. TV not a smart TV and was very outdated. Valet was AWFUL! We wanted an hour at 8am both my husband and I were late for our obligations. I will not be staying here again. We have stayed many places in Nashville and much better service! Never have I ever waited that long for my car with the price we paid.

This was in a great place situated in downtown. It was easy to locate and conveniently located near the airport. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and the restaurant served delicious food.
