Inside, you’ll find a king bed, queen bed with en suite, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Tiny cottage has an office and loft full bed and bath. Designed with locally sourced antiques and thoughtful touches along with a fully stocked kitchen for stays between 21-90 days. Whether you’re cooking up a meal or just hanging out by the firepit, this nice spot has everything you need within 1 mile from downtown Franklin. The fenced front yard is perfect for smaller dogs and we do permit pre-approved house trained pets with an additional per pet fee. Pet fees, guest agreement and sauna waiver are required before the stay.
