The open kitchen is chic and clean, with stainless appliances and a stainless farmhouse sink. Smooth marble countertops stand out against the concrete brick backsplash.

The spacious and open living area offers a stylish and cozy sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen memory foam mattress. Adjacent from the couch you will find an over-sized reading chair and an extensive flat screen TV on a swivel mount. complementary cable and WiFi added for your enjoyment!

One flight up is the loft style master bedroom, overlooking the downstairs The bedroom, located on the second floor, indulges with a king sized bed, dark hardwood floors, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has white tile from floor to ceiling and a massive glass shower.

But the best part? Retreat to the 3rd floor’s totally private rooftop deck. It's a great space to dine, celebrate, and no better way to end the night than will a toast under the Music City stars.

Note: We provide a STARTER supply of soaps, shampoo/conditioner, paper products, and the unit has everything you will need for a comfy stay like fresh towels, liens, luxury bedding, full size hair-dryer, iron/ironing board, fully equipped kitchen.

We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets. Despite our central location, this condo is very quiet. Because of that, it is NOT suitable for parties or events, as they will disrupt the neighbors. Violations of listed policies can result in a forced early check-out.

Nice Place

Everything was just as expected and fit the host's description perfectly. Location was fine for us and easily accessible to our points of interest which were reached by our personal vehicle as well as Uber. Would definitely consider renting this property again.

Communicative, cute, and convenient!

Right before our trip, the property manager reached out to ensure we had all the information we could possibly need to locate the property and get settled in- this was especially great since we were getting into town kind of late. She was super helpful and sweet! It was a very comfortable stay, and it seems they thought of everything. Very conveniently located, without being right in the epicenter of activity. We’ll definitely be back!

Rooftop paradise

My best friend and I LOVED this little apartment. The roof top deck was perfect and we spent so much time up there. It was cute, clean, and in a great location.

Perfect Nashville Downtown Escape

Perfect place for couples close to downtown but far enough for a private retreat. Well furnished home away from home. Much attention to little details made our stay a pleasant one.

Great place for couples

We stayed over a long weekend and this space was well located for visits all over the Nashville area. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to manage stairs well as bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Bed was very comfortable and the W/D was a great bonus.

Great Condo

The condo was clean and very easy to access. It’s in an up-and-coming location within easy reach of downtown. The host and property manager were very helpful with suggestions and keeping us updated on the process. I would definitely recommend the location.

Cute little condo!

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a blast! The condo is so cute and cozy and trendy! And ooohhh the bed is so comfy! The location is close to everything, even across the river is only ten minutes! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville!

50th bday getaway

Property is very well maintained, clean and great communication from the host. There is a couple of run down abandon house next door and behind the complex so that was a little concerning seeing the people who were seeking shelter there. The “garage door” that was supposed to be securing the parking never shut it stayed open all the time allowing anyone to enter and be around our vehicle. Thankfully nothing was bothered or stolen. Rental was well stocked w all things needed for stay. The noises from the heater kicking on and off were disturbing throughout the night, I’d suggest bring a sound machine to maybe help w that. All in all a very nice trip and place to stay.

Weekend in Nashville.

We had a wonderful trip to Nashville and loved staying in this unit. It’s perfect for 2 people, clean, convenient to the city and has secure parking. Communication was terrific and we had no problems at all. We will definitely be back!

Quite and peaceful

The home was beautifully decorated and designed. Loved all the special touches added to make you feel at home. The only downfall for us was the stairs. (They gave us both a work out, but that’s our own out of shape fault!) The location was in perfect proximity to everywhere we wanted to go! Great place, we enjoyed our stay!

October Getaway in Nashville

The location is great, as we did not spend all our time in Nashville, but drove out and about in the surrounding area and it was very easy to do from this location. Felt the neighborhood was safe too. The cooking pans need to be replaced and the clothes washer needs attention. Overall enjoyed our stay there!

This property is probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Super clean and incredible communication. Neighborhood has a lot of construction going on, but super safe and quiet. Loved being able to park my big Silverado in a gated lot. Short Uber ride (>$9) to Broadway. Easy access to the highways. Will stay here again!

Quick weekend getaway.

Great location for proximity to get to all the things you want to see while visiting Nashville. Property owners were great and very prompt to help us with the check-in issues we experienced. Great local recommendations of things to do while visiting. Loved having secured parking. Property area is well managed. I do agree with other postings about of not walking back late at night to the property if you do elect that option vs Uber, but never felt unsafe. Overall great place to stay while in Nashville.

Summer in Nash

The ONLY extremely minor inconvenience I would have is that I did not feel safe walking my girlfriend from the rental to where the downtown scene was. With that being said, an Uber was only 7 bucks. Overall an amazing experience, we spent half the time out on the rooftop and the other half sleeping in that 10/10 bed. We were most sad to leave how comfy that bedding was. Thank you for an incredible experience

This was a nice location, the building and neighbourhood is clean. We had trouble with our check in code not working and then no one answered their phones for about 30-45 minutes. There was no toilet paper though that was rectified a few hours after we notified them. And the bed is a bit soft and lumpy. Otherwise it was really nice

Small and relaxing

The property was as described. When we arrived we had ossues with oir door code, bit i called Molli the property manager and she immediately foxed the problem. During our stay we also had some.issues with the internet but Shaun called me to help fix the issue, turns oit they were doing some work on the lones on the neighborhood and the tv disconnected but problem.was resloved. The propert was cozy and perfect for my significant other and I. We were very close to broadway and other great places. We came to Nashville for a sofrball tournament and the location was in a great place to be able to get to our games and be close to other activities as well. The neighborgood is up and coming as described but never felt uneasy in the area. I would definitely stay with Bree and Shaun again when traveling to the area!

Hidden Gem

Once making our reservations We had instant communication with Property Manager and Owner . Which made it easier for traveling purposes, and their flexibility to work to with us to make ensure our stay was perfect (beyond the typical management duties). Everything was exactly as the description describes. This little mini vacation was filled with the love of downtown Nashville and the people and this little is the heart of Nashville. We loved it and will tell all to book this unit. We hope to be back soon!! Location location !! It offers the flexibility of the entire State and attractions. The staff had ran a little errand for us to help make our holiday perfect. Once inside we feel in love with the management , check in and check out and suggestions for points of interest, right there. Even warm cozy robes!! To top off a fresh arrangement of flowers to kick off our special day 💟. Just all around a 10+ crew. Thanks for making our mini vacation / holiday the best in years !!

Well-appointed for short stay

The communication with the owners and management personnel are top shelf. All the information you need for a seamless check-in/out. A lot of really useful information about the area, restaurants and attractions. We had to reach out for a couple of questions and the response was immediate and appreciated. The condo is well appointed with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect space for a couple. The rooftop deck is a great place for morning coffee and to unwind in the evening. One thing that stood out is the high-quality linens, sheets and towels. An added touch of comfort that was appreciated. The location may have had a storied past but is being revitalized. It was quiet and never felt unsafe. The walk to downtown is about 20-30 minutes. The route goes through some areas that you may not be as comfortable to walk through at night. An Uber is $8-10 and is probably what you want to do after walking around downtown all day anyway. One thing to be aware of is the stairs. The bathroom/bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We didn't have any issues, but someone with some mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb stairs often. We loved our stay and think you will enjoy your stay there as well.
