Charming Renovated Franklin Cottage

  • Welcome to the Berry's Chapel Cottage! Recently renovated and centrally located in Franklin (only 4 miles to Main Street, 11 miles to Leiper's Fork and 17 miles to Nashville), this charming and welcoming cottage sits on a little less than an acre and is the perfect home away from home! The cottage offers the latest upgrades, stylish interior and a large fenced front and back yard. There's even a small vegetable garden for you pick from (seasonal). We happily welcome up to two dogs per stay, each under 25 lbs.

    All dogs must be added to the reservation at the time of booking and are subject to our pet fee.

    For the comfort of future guests and the home:

    * Dogs must be house-trained
    * Please keep pets off furniture
    * Dogs should be crated if left unattended

    Service animals are always welcome regardless of size.

This picturesque house was perfect for our needs! We were in and out a lot going to Franklin and Nashville, it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The area is beautiful with beautiful homes! We were happy to stay here!

Visiting Friends

Although the home met our needs, it needs some attention before renting again. It's missing a few essentials like an ironing board/iron, large bowl for tossed salads/popcorn/etc., shower soap (it had shampoo & conditioner but no shower soap), more than 2 trash bags and ideally a couple of plastic Ziplock bags and or foil. It also needs some specific cleaning/repair like.. replace light bulb near grill (it was out), remove all the spider webs from the windows and or clean the windows, clean the outdoor chairs (they were so dirty we couldn't sit outside), remove plastic bag sitting next to home in the back (think it was filled with mulch) and last, check the HVAC system as some sort of fan was constantly running but it didn't seem to have anything to do with the thermostat. Thank you.
