Perfect for a quiet place to sleep with a group

We were meeting family in town to go to a baby shower and wanted a place close to Brentwood and also downtown. The house was super clean, had everything we needed, and was close to all the local places. But the staff that manages this place is over the top, grade A, top notch, setting the.bar perfection. They should write a book on how to manage a vacation rental. Would stay again. 100%

Cozy and Cute

We stayed here for our trip to Nashville. The house was just as described and was very clean. My husband and I walked the neighborhood and it everyone was super friendly. The house is within a few minutes of all the sites to visit in Nashville. The only negative is the bathroom in the master is really small and the shower is very cramped. Other than that I highly recommend this VRBO.

The rental had everything we needed and the check in/out process was super easy. It's a nice little house and we had a great visit with our family in Nashville. One small upgrade would be that since it's pet friendly, just a little bit of fence behind the driveway would make it easier for pups to play in the yard - it's almost completely fenced in except for that section. Not necessary, just an upgrade. We recommend this rental!

House was as described, comfortable for our group of 4 and could have accommodated a couple more. Bed pillows were flat and the fan/light in the bathroom that was not to be turned off was a bit annoying at night. Room darkening shades in the bedroom would be advantageous too. But, overall, good place, quiet neighborhood, good price.

A good rental for younger people

First, the positives: the landlords and property manager are extremely responsive and friendly. If I could give them more rhan five stars, I would. The house was also very clean with the exception of the washer and dryer, and very cute. The mattresses and bed frames are due for replacement. The property manager waa kind enough to buy a foam mattress topper for the worst bed, and we made do with the other two, but they are beyond their useful life for all except the youngest backs. We didn’t realize when we made this reservation that there is no dining room table. The bar seating at the kitchen counter is uncomfortable, as the chair seats are nearly as tall as the counter. A collapsible dining table and stackable padded chairs would make this home much more comfortable and usable. The surrounding neighborhood gave us a few qualms when we first drove in (billboard advertising a strip joint, tattoo parlor on the corner), but the residential street itself is quiet and pretty, and the house is a very easy drive to all the sights.
