Boho Modern Cape in heart of 12 South, walk to everything
Renovated historic home with a boho luxury vibe in the heart of Nashville's favorite neighborhood, 12 South! Walk or bike easily to local restaurants, shopping, grocery store and parks or take a short uber or drive to downtown or East Nashville . This home has a gourmet kitchen with a welcoming vintage bar for eating and hanging out. Enough space to spread out when needed but still comfortable for getting everybody together. There are 4 bedrooms plus an office, a fenced private yard with massive deck, solo stove fire pit area, and kamado joe smoker/grill available for guest use. Perfect for families or small groups looking for a luxury retreat in comfort in the best location in Nashville.
There is one king, one queen, two bunk beds and a playroom that can remain a playroom or we have a double bed. This is up to guest to specify and is flexible. There are also two additional mattresses in the bunk room for additional sleeping. Currently home is set up to sleep 6 with flexibility up to 10 or 12. Please email with questions or to customize your stay.
This is a private permanent residence with limited rental availability. Parties are not permitted at this property. We prefer to rent 30 day minimum but have some flexibility, please email with questions.
