Discover this incredible townhome conveniently situated just south of downtown Nashville, within walking distance to Geodis Park. Explore nearby vibrant neighborhoods like The Gulch, 12th South, and Edgehill. Just steps from one of Nashville’s best coffee shops! Ideal for groups, it boasts ample sleeping arrangements with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas. Need even more space? Consider our adjoining 1-bedroom unit for added flexibility.
This townhome is three floors. When you walk in, you directly go up the stairs, to the "second floor", which features the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the first bedroom (King bed) and full bathroom. The second set of stairs, take you up to the "third floor" which has the second bedroom that consists of 4 queen beds. Three are in the main area of the bedroom and 1 is in a space that used to be used as a closet. There is also a large full bathroom and a balcony off of this floor for you to enjoy.

This Condo is located less than a mile from the Newest and Largest Soccer Stadium in the US, Nashville SC.
Located about 2 miles from Broadway, Midtown, and less than 5 miles from most other pockets in the Nashville area.
There is also Poppy and Peep (chocolate shop), and a great coffee shop steps away!
We do have free parking on the property (up to 2 spaces)
You will have a keyless entry code for easy access and check-in/out.
There is plenty of free parking in the huge lot adjacent to the unit, or in the round about right out front.
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:

perfect size and great location!

stayed here with some friends for my birthday and it was perfect! it slept the 4 of us comfortably but we could have easily fit more, check-in was smooth and communication was great! also there was a coffee shop about 10 steps away from our front door which was so cool! it’s in a great location and we had no issues getting ubers too and from the house, i would definitely stay here again next time i’m in nashville!

Roomy I like that.

I would stay here again. Only 10 min drive to down town. A few things need tidying up to help the inside look much better but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Over all it was a great place.

Plenty of space

This was a good central hub for attending the Cherry Blossom Festival at Public Park, going out to dinner, and walking Broadway on a Saturday night. It was much larger than we needed. Very comfortable space.

Overall stay was great! When we arrived, there was a mix-up with the entry code so an awkward start to vacay, but the owner quickly responded. Then, there was a challenge with the housekeeping, dirty towels had been left behind and ceiling fans not in working order but again, owner responded swiftly. I would suggest that the owner conduct a walk-thru between guests. Other than that, the condo was nicely set up, lots of natural light, there was privacy with bdrms on separate floors and 3rd floor balcony was nice. Also, relaxing to get back there to quiet after party downtown. We would definitely recommend!!

So cute and fun!

This property was super cute and decorated well. It was very welcoming and had a coffee shop right outside our door which came in handy in the mornings. The owners were very good at keeping in contact and gave us easy to follow directions for check in and check out. I would highly recommend staying here!
