Experience Nashville in this new modern home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 7 beds, Bonus Room, and Rooftop. You`ll be just 5 minutes away from Broadway and Nashville`s Downtown core, where you`ll discover all the best attractions in Music City! This brand-new home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer finishes. You`ll enjoy a beautiful large open floor plan living and dining space, and a complete kitchen. The rooftop includes a FIREPLACE! STRP#2021011741

Bed Layout: Downstairs Two Bedrooms with King Beds, Primary Bedroom upstairs with King Bed and ensuite bath, Two additional Upstairs Bedrooms with King Beds, Sleeper Sectional in the bonus room and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Downstairs Living Room.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.


Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.

Your host is available by phone via text throughout your stay.

•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.

Nashville 2023 Crew

Came to celebrate 50th Birthday with a group of 5 couples. Place was amazing and everyone had their own bedroom. The place was very clean and well decorated. All the comforts of home and only 2 miles from downtown. Will definitely be staying again!!

Perfect house

We were five couples and this house was perfect. There was lots of room, the beds were all comfortable and the house was clean. The location was great as it was just a short Uber ride to Broadway. The owner was also very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house

The house is beautiful and quite spacious. Beds are all comfortable and the Master suite was large. Very clean and the owner was great to deal with and extremely accommodating. Lift ride to Broadway was a reasonable price.

Conference stay in Nashville

Great space for our group of colleagues. We all had our own beds in our own rooms, plus enough bathrooms to allow us the space to get ready. Would highly recommend for a work group in for a conference. It’s a bit further out than some other options, but worth it for the comfort.

Great house close to all the fun.

Such a fun stay with friends/colleagues prior to a work conference. The house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. We each had our own bedroom and the master bath was great for all the ladies to get ready together! Living space and kitchen large and we loved hanging out on the rooftop patio. Quick Uber to all the fun.

The house was perfect for our family of 7, easily could have had more 5+ more.Very Spacious and Clean. The beds were so comfortable. We spent nights on the rooftop after getting home from downtown. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property

It is nice to find a property that does not try to cram as many beds as possible in a room/space. This house was a perfect fit for my co-workers with our business trip/conference. Great to collaborate together but also plenty of area to carve out some personal space. Clean and well maintained with quick access to downtown.

Great location

Really nice property with lots of space for a group of friends and only a few miles to downtown! The managers were helpful with check in and during our stay. Only minor frustration was that we received no response after we realized something was left behind and reached back out for assistance.

Beautiful Home with easy downtown access...

This property is well maintained and in beautiful condition. Location was easy to get to and from downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with the very minor exception of the children size silverware :). We will definitely be returning to this property in the future. Great size for a family and/or friends with enough space for everyone to spread out if needed. Only one negative would be the need for additional towels which can be easily remedied. Excellent property!

50th Birthday Bash!

This place was Amazing. It was everything I hoped for and more. The house was spotless. All floors are hardwood. We were barefoot all the time in the house and our feet were clean! Kudos to your cleaning crew. When we come back, I will look nowhere else. It’s 3 miles from Broadway, so a fantastic location!

Group Friend Trip

We had 5 couples, 10 total. This house was more than enough room for us to gather. Close to downtown means very inexpensive Uber/Lyft rides. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus two outdoor areas to enjoy. The living room and kitchen are plenty big to accommodate our entire group. The check in/out process what a breeze. Would recommend this property to anyone.
