The unit is the end unit, with three steps up into the single floor townhome. It's approximately 1000 sq ft, and there is green space outside right next door. There is no one below, above or on the one side. Only one wall is shared.

The kitchen is a fresh, new remodel less than 3 years ago. All the flooring has been updated, as have the bathrooms. The bathrooms are a "jack and jill style" bathroom. Each bedroom as an attached bathroom with toilet and sink and closet. There are locking pocket doors to access the shower area that both bathrooms share. Please email me with questions on this.

There is both a back and front patio, and two big parking spots assigned to the unit for free! You'll find yourself 10-12 mins out of downtown, and about 5 mins to the airport. However, because of how this townhome sits in relationship to the airport, there is VERY little airport noise. There are blackout curtains and it's quiet enough at night to sleep REAL well.

There is a smart tv in the living room (bedrooms do not have TV's) a full washer and dryer and a completely stocked kitchen.
