We came in for a girls trip. The location was close to Broadway, which was a plus. I thought the property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout. I would definitely book again.

Nice place. Great location. Very responsive owners.

We came for a weekend visit to Nashville and we’re lucky to have this place. Great location, the condo was very clean, and the owners were very quick to reply. We had some trouble with the lock and when I say the owners went above and beyond to fix it I am not exaggerating. They were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville 4th

Easy to access, great location very easy to get too Gulch and Broadway. Pictures are accurate, very comfortable. Pool could use updated lounge chairs, seats are starting to break and could use more of them. Parking great to have a spot included but space is very compact and the two cars next to us squeezed us out so we had too try and find an unoccupied spot. And no hair dryer so had to go and purchase one. We have two rentals and both have them. But does have a nice streamer. Overall a good stay.

Ants throughout unit and more…

Clusters of ants throughout unit in multiple places (bed, door, kitchen counter, etc), top bunk you can’t use because there is no viable way to get up and down (not even if you’re young and able) we were unable to utilize due to this, there is only 1 TV in the main area (none in bedrooms), the couch was extra small like for a dorm room. Parking spot is for compact car only. Building security was very good (which is important in this area), shower was amazing. We won’t be staying here again though. Owner gave no refund for ants either even though she confirmed cleaning service reported them the day we left!

Pleased as always

This is the 4th time staying at Illume and 4th different unit. I have never been disappointed and the location is perfect! The communication was great as there was a glitch with the lock code and she responded immediately. I will be back!!!
