Pillows are the only poor rating and the mattress is over due for upgrade. Otherwise a very good lodging facility, clean and well staffed.

I was promised rooms adjacent to each other. Our rooms ended up on different floors. There wasn’t any shampoo and the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work.

Everything was good, except we asked a few different times to have our garbage emptied and kleenex refilled and it didn't happen. Breakfast and servers were great!

Beds were very comfortable. I had to check in about an hour early to make it to a wedding and the staff was very accommodating for that. Breakfast was great, room was clean and the hotel was really convenient to the major routes.

Why is it so hard to be good?
Hotel clerk damanded my credit card so they could place a hold on it for "incidentals". When I explained that the last time I did that someone tried to buy 3 iPhones on my card and I wasn't comfortable giving her my card she emotionlessly told me she could cancel my reservation if I like... Why do I need to give them my card if I have already provided it through Hotels.com?

Nice hotel, needs a few updates
Beds are a bit hard. Ceiling needs a paint job, other than that quite pleasant. Wish the pool had been open though. Breakfast was fine.

A conveniently located hotel that is clean and comfortable. We happened to be here when there were several sports teams, so it was a little loud in the hallway, but the room is situated so that noise is minimized.

This property was great overall but the beds were stiff and uncomfortable. So really, nothing else matters if you don’t sleep well. Would not stay here again.

My favorite hotel in Nashua
