Unit 2, 12 Ballingalla Apartments overlooking the golf course with Ocean Views

This comfortable 1st floor unit overlooks the famous Narooma Golf Course in addition to panoramic ocean views out to Montague Island. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a queen bed in each, sleeping 4 people comfortably, it is the ideal spot for the avid golfer or the small family wanting that break near the ocean.
Walking distance to Narooma Surf Beach which is patrolled in Summer, and Surf Beach Cafe for that morning coffee. Only a short drive into town for supplies, or choose from the range of cafes and restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
All guests have free access to the onsite pool which is fully fenced with a locked gate. Safe for the kids. Adult supervision is a must.

Bonus - a lock up garage is available for one car at this property.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

It has a very good outlook over the golf course but the views to seaward are limited and not quite what we expected! Overall the property is showing marked signs of aging and could do with a complete internal (and partial external) renovation. Not better than just fair value for money!
