Old cellar renovated by an architect with taste and noble materials combining modernity and authenticity in the picturesque village of Fontjoncouse (Aude), renowned for its gourmet 3-star table and its 13th century church.

30 minutes from the sea and 1h30 from Barcelona, this charming house is located in the middle of Corbières near Carcasonne, Cathar castles and abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse.

Spread over two levels, this large house (75m2) with designer furniture can comfortably accommodate 4 people (two bedrooms with two private bathrooms). The spacious and bright living room overlooks a small landscaped garden providing relaxation and well-being.

Belle location
Belle location de vacances, propre et bien entretenue. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un accès direct à la piscine (non annoncé lors de notre réservation), une percée dans le mur le permettrait pourtant. Propriétaire disponible et très réactif en cas de problème. Merci !

Wunderschöne Tage in einer außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft
Jean-Christoph sowie die Concierge Bénédicte waren wunderbare Gastgeber und antworteten zuverlässig und prompt. Die Unterkunft liegt äußerst ruhig, verwöhnt das Auge durch ihre ausgewählte Einrichtung und hat eine vollständige Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Grill, Sonnenschutz). Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausfüge in die Umgebung inklusive das Meer, ein Auto ist unverzichtbar. Am Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist über die Straße erreichbar. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit im Departement Aude.

Bon séjour dans les vignes
Maison très belle , de beaux volumes, de beaux matériaux. Pour 4 personnes c’est très bien, beaucoup de place . Belle piscine à côté de la maison mais chez le propriétaire. Ce qui est un peu gênant quand il y a ce dernier car nous avons peur de déranger et puis nous ne sommes pas seuls . Après la piscine est belle . Par contre très chaud : heureusement que les chambres sont en bas . Il manquerait des rideaux à l’étage aux fenêtres et à la porte d’entrée car il fait vraiment chaud en haut . Belle cuisine , moderne , adaptée . Il n’y a pas de micro onde par contre mais il y a le lave vaisselle, le combiné congel et frigo , le four . Beaucoup d’ustensiles ce qui est très appréciable . Il y a également une cafetière Nespresso . La literie est excellente . Les 2 salles de bain sont pratiques et belles . Par contre la voiture est indispensable . Si vous recherchez le calme , la nature vous avez fait le bon choix . La bâtisse est très belle, les matériaux sont de très belle qualité . Les propriétaires ont décoré avec goût . Félicitations. Le propriétaire est très relationnel, convivial . Merci également pour une collation offerte . Alors n’hésitez pas : venez à Fontjoncouse.

Très agréable sejour
Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine dans cette location, tout est conforme aux photos. Très belle maison rénovée avec des matériaux de qualités. La piscine est magnifique, dommage que le vent ai fait baisser la température à 23°! La voiture est indispensable car il n'y a aucun commerce dans le village. Merci à la concierge qui a été très réactive.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, on a manqué de rien, la maison est assez spacieuse et très bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à disposition. La maison a été décorée avec beaucoup de goût ,tout est parfait. Nous avons profité de la belle piscine (appréciable!) et des activités à proximité , notre fille a adoré et nous aussi. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Bénédicte (MERCI) et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets!

Très belle propriété, excellente facture, beaux matériaux et tout le confort nécessaire. une belle situation également , facile pour accéder soit aux bord de mer, soit aux sites Cathares ou aux gd villes comme Carcassonne( En 1h on accède a tout ) village sympa, balades a pied dans les environs immédiat de la location.... Un très belle espace détente, une piscine qui a ravi la petite et les grands Juste peut être a préciser une info utile lors de la confirmation de réservation c'est la situation (localisation) de l'emplacement réserver pour la voiture, On a tendance à se garer sur le parking situé à arrière qui est réserver pour les gites du logis. Sinon rien a redire, All its OK

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, malgré les grosses chaleurs, la piscine était appréciable et les chambres restent fraiches. Le village est très calme. La voiture est obligatoire, aucun commerce à moins de 20 min.
