Located in the outskirts of Narbonne this 4-bedroom holiday home can accommodate 6 people. It is in a serene area and comes with a swimming pool and shared garden.Beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne at 17 km are lively to have fun. Exploring the Roman sites, abbeys, Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and Carcassonne will give a rich cultural experience. Canal du Midi to 8 km, Lake Jouarres de Bages frequented by migratory birds, and the regional park of La Clape known are ideal for nature lovers to visit. Supermarket and restaurants are conviniently situated at 2 km.There is a sun terrace and covered terrace adjacent to the pool for relaxing. The house also has a built-in barbecue. You can be indoors with the family enjoying a movie on the TV. Fee WiFi facilityis also provided.Airport is 48 km away and train station is only 4 km away.Check in is between 4-6 pm and check out between 9-10 am.

Die Eigentümer wohnen auf demselben Grundstück wie das Ferienhaus, aber alles ist gut getrennt und privat gehalten. Die Besitzer sind älter und wir haben den Eindruck, dass es etwas zu viel für sie ist. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall geräumig genug. Ich sehe, dass es Bewertungen gibt, die 2016 darauf hingewiesen haben, dass das Haus veraltet ist, aber ich befürchte, dass in der Zwischenzeit nichts renoviert wurde. Auch die Fotos auf der Website scheinen nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein. Die kleinen Pflanzen sind mittlerweile eine riesige Hecke und die Küchenutensilien sind noch schlimmer. Die Bratpfanne ist völlig ausgebeult. . Die Duschkabinen sind alt und schmutzig. Sie werden oberflächlich gereinigt, aber sicherlich nicht gründlich. Nur die Klimaanlage ist unten, daher ist es dort sehr heiß. Die Lage des Hauses ist für ein paar Ausflüge super. Narbonne, Béziers, Carcassonne,... Eine Woche hat uns auf jeden Fall gereicht.

Es fühlte sich wie ein Zuhause fern von Zuhause an, Die Betten waren bequem, und ich schätzte die voll ausgestattete Küche sehr, Wir haben ein paar Mahlzeiten gekocht, und es war schön, auch einen Grill zu haben, Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Narbonne und den Stränden, Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Zeer prettige villa met lieve eigenaren die met de rondleiding elk detail laten zien. Ze zijn op leeftijd en wonen naast het huis, maar je krijgt volledige privacy. Ze hebben 2 lieve honden (die niet je huisje in komen) waarvan er één graag met de bal speelt, als je die eenmaal weggooit komt ze de hele vakantie bij je terug met een bal, tak of steen. Zwembad is heerlijk, huisje heeft veel ruimte en er is een ruime groene tuin. Nette badkamers, bedden waren goed (een zelfs electrisch verstelbaar) en keuken beschikt over grote Amerikaanse koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron en senseo. Ook is er beneden een airco. Het was in de basis schoon, in de hoeken en op t plafond lag/hing nog wel veel stof en sommig huisraad was wel aan vervanging toe. Huis staat in een relatief nieuwe woonwijk buiten Narbonne maar het is er zeer rustig. Tuin/parkeerplek is afgesloten met een electrische poort. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om ergens te komen. Narbonne centrum is 15 min, het strand 25 minuten (door de bergen) en Carcassone 45 min. Let wel op, de eigenaren praten alleen Frans en de borg van 500,- moet contant of met een cheque betaalt worden.

Vrij rustige omgeving, mooi zwembad. Het huis zelf is wel een beetje afgeleefd en niet zo proper. De tuin word gedeeld met de huisbaas, en langs de zijkant van het huis heb je een privé tuin. Het uitzicht op de grote tuin naast het zwembad is de gedeelde tuin, de privé tuin ligt naast het huis. De huisbazen zijn zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk.
