The room was very clean and showed no signs of wear and tear. The room also included an actual air conditioning unit, which seems surprisingly rare for hotels in this price range. Had everything you need from a hotel for short stays. Staff was also helpful and very friendly. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Decevant le traitement de la réception aux client

Si bien aurait pu être bien, la manière de se connecter avec les recepcionistes de l'hotel a été decevant. J'emmenais avec moi une trotinette éléctrique et une fois je suis arrivée m'ont interdit de l'entrer. Je derais la laisser danus un garage où seulement pouvais y acceder jusquà 20 h. Pas après... Àla fin mais apres discuter ils ont accedé mais je sais que je n'y retournerai jamais.

Pour un bon rapport qualité/prix

Établissement qui ne paye pas de mine vue de l’extérieur mais intérieur tout à fait convenable. Chambre mignonne, propre (juste la couette qui avait une drôle d’odeur), et récemment rénové. Pour le prix, je recommande tout à fait. De plus, l’homme qui tient l’hôtel est agréable et courtois. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Bof bof

Hôtel dont la réception est ouverte uniquement ouvert de 17 à 21h00. Grande chambre familiale avec moquette tachée et degeulasse, grosse odeur de renfermé. Douche italienne dont la bonde s’évacue difficilement. La pression de la douche laisse à désirer, si vous avez les cheveux long le rinçage est compliqué et péniblement long. Vous avez les pieds dans l’eau tout le temps de la douche car l’eau stagne.. La bonde de levier s’est fermée, impossible à ouvrir même en passant sous le meuble. Les couchages sont pas confortable et grincent, les oreillers minuscules (ça et rien c’est pareil..) Mobilier qui date.. bref c’est bien pour une nuit mais pas plus.

Hotel con poco servicio

El Hotel es correcto. Super bien la habitación. Pero ponía parking gratis. No es verdad. Vale 10 euros el día. Pero a las 21:00h cierran el parking no puedes sacar el coche. Nosotros teníamos una reserva en un restaurante a las 21:30h con lo cual no pudimos utilizar el parking. A tener en cuenta la recepción al mediodía está cerrada. Llegamos a la 13:30h y no pudimos entrar hasta las 17:00h en el hotel. Nunca he visto un hotel cerrado al mediodía.

Le personnel à l’accueil ne semble éprouver aucun plaisir à servir la clientèle, les questions posées ont reçu des réponses de type: « Adressez-vous au centre d’informations touristiques... » ou encore: « Je ne vous conseille pas [...], la bouffe y est mauvaise, allez plutôt au centre-ville. » Je crois que la personne à l’accueil devrait connaître sa ville et nous la présenter sous un jour positif... le bide ici...

Point positif : situation de l’hotel proche du centre ville ! Points à améliorer : confort des chambres, accueil (les employées du petit-déjeuner sont professionnelles, pas de souci), propreté des chambres (coussin deco à franges, hygiène douteuse) salle de bain microscopique, robinet qui fuit. Pour une nuit, ça passe mais pour un plus long séjour à Narbonne, préférez un’hotel avec davantage d’etoiles !
