"The hotel is showing signs of being quite run down now and also in need of a good clean!! It was sad to see! Food was good and staff were helpful. "

"The apartments are perfectly located next to the shopping mall and close to public transport. Our apartment was on the top level and had the most amazing, huge wrap around balcony. definitely a standout feature. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was very comfortable. The beds were comfy with the black out curtains making for a nice sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a washing and drying machines and the shower had a rain head. The negatives were it is very outdated with an old tv (no smart tv), broken sink plugs, balcony door lock and fridge light. The free breakfast is put on by volunteers for the needy from the hospital and is very simple. The paperwork from the management seemed to be from 2020 and kept referring to the pandemic. "

"The hotel is superb. The concierge was wonderful and very helpful. He was charming and charasmatic. The young waitress from Zimbabwe was equally as lovely. Sadly the only person who let the team down was the rather rude senior barman (Asian man with his hair tied back). He was more concerned about keeping his unbuttoned jacket from getting dirty. His manners were certainly lacking in short rude and obnoxious. The surrounding area of the hotel was lovely, nice to walk around and do some sightseeing. "
