Opportunities for hotel to open the bar up for refreshments for children ex: slushy machine, and have alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktails for adults, and have a small menu for food and have waiters/ waitresses serving your guests around the pool.” I believe this hotel could generate a lot of revenue from this.”!!!! Presently the attached restaurant is not part of Ramada franchise. You have to phone and order drinks and food from restaurant, which there staff deliver to you.. this is where the Balcomo Ramada is Loosing REVENUE!!!! Guests would appreciate room service where they could order a breakfast and have it on their outdoor individual patio area. Balcomo Ramada should look too how all inclusive resorts run their business and adapt some of their practices. Definitely would payback $$ the location is close to 2 local beautiful beaches. The rooms were clean, housekeeping is amazing. Parking for hotel is secure with gates you use your hotel card to enter . Grounds are beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. Front reception staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Good location. Nice staff. Loud music at night until 1pm and we were on the 4th floor, so we had a hard time sleeping on Friday night. Dogs barking in rooms. Very clean and beach area was great."

"The property is centrally located, easy walking distance to Okanagan beach, the event center, the river cruise and other activities. The rooms are clean and did not hear noise from other rooms which is an appreciated bonus. The pool was well used, although I just swam in the lake. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We freakin love this place, we always get a lake view room so we're looking at the water on the deck the whole time. The staff is great, I actually had 2 credit cards fall out of my wallet and they found them after we left, they called me and are shipping them back to my house in Regina. The only complaint we have is the toilet, it's too small and awkwardly shaped."

"The staff were helpful and friendly throughout Manteo. The service and food in Maestro's was excellent. Lovely views of the lake from our room and balcony and also the restaurant patio. The room was clean. The bathroom was small and dated but the room itself was spacious with plenty of storage."
