The Space:

The interior of the home has been very recently and thoughtfully renovated and includes regal porcelain over sized flooring tiles, quartz counter tops and a granite waterfall island in the kitchen as well as a full package of high end stainless steel appliances to complete the kitchen. The sleeping arrangements in the home includes a King bed, a Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a day bed with a trundle in the den.



The kitchen flows casually into the living and dining rooms. A waterfall counter center island anchors the kitchen with 4 swivel bar stools for in kitchen dining. The round dining table and modern chandelier complete the indoor dining space. Guests can watch a movie or connect to their favorite apps to keep up to date with their shows while relaxing in the family room.



The lanai is over sized with plenty of options for swimming, sunbathing, dining and relaxing. With large glass sliders from both the living room and den, the indoors meets the outdoors during cooler weather months. The vacation worthy over sized heated pool features a swim up chair and umbrella along with multiple sets of stairs to easily access the pool. A dining set for 6, 2 chaise loungers and a "hanging egg" chair complete the outdoor amenities. A Blackstone griddle grill and a charcoal grill are set up for guests to cook outdoors.



Being located right in the heart of north Naples near Immokalee Road and Airport Road, the home is a little over 4 miles away from the Vanderbilt Beach north access and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State park beach just on the other side of the Bluebill Ave bridge. Located in Willoughby Acres, this is a very pedestrian friendly neighborhood and there is a small neighborhood playground with a walking path, benches and a sidewalk connecting to to the neighboring community of Palm River which also has miles of roads to explore.



Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
