We have stayed more than 5 times in this property. Rooms are comfortable, staff are kind, welcoming and accommodating, they offer nice breakfast. Now we are having breakfast in their bar and we go to discover Naples like always. Recommended 100%

This place is close by the train/bus station. It was challenging to find at first. The manager appeared to be an understanding person, he took care of our needs or any other concerns we had. This place is good if you need a bath and a place to sleep.

The Rainbow Napoli room was clean and the staff were prompt in checking us in when we messaged them from WhatsApp. It is located next to the Napoli Centrale train station and perfect for our morning airport bus shuttle. Would not consider more than one night. It’s worth what we paid for it.

Location is very good, right next to the train station, although the area is not the nicest. There are plenty of shops nearby but it was really hard to find the place and the elevator was not working properly. Pictures of the rooms look much better than what you find!

It was a very comfortable stay. The location was central and convenient with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The place feels safe and secure. The bed was very comfortable ant the aircon was most welcome! The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Patrizia was so attentive to our needs. The area was a perfect location to the central train station and plenty of walkable options for food. The only negatives would be our bathroom door didn’t close and the ac did not get very cold.The area seemed a little sketchy at first, but after our first night it was fine. It’s a great spot for easy access to get to other top attractions like Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, ect. We would go back again just to see Patrizia!

The place was not so easy to find, but once found, I was very pleased. The staff were very helpful and even let me check in three hours early because the room was available. The room was very spacious and clean. The aircon worked very well and the shower had good pressure. Downstairs there were many restaurants and the station is almost across the road.

We had a lovely stay at Rainbow Napoli, perfectly located right next to the Napoli Central train station—ideal for exploring the city and traveling further. Although the room was a bit tiny, it was cozy enough to comfortably accommodate two people. The vibrant colors of the room added a cheerful touch and gave it a surprising sense of peace and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Patricia for her humble care and genuine hospitality—she truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay in Naples!

dirty bathroom.

The hotel bathroom was very dirty! The shower glass was all sealed, covered in mold and dirt on the floor. The shower drain wasn't working properly; it was clogged, and the water was stagnant inside. The shower was disgusting, full of white gunk and barely any water coming out. Are we paying cheap? Yes! But the basics are a clean environment! No matter how simple it is, cleanliness is essential.

There are a dozen of B&B hotels in this old building, well maintained. 5 min walk to the Napoli central station and bus park is the best feature that keeps me stay in one of those B&B hotels when all you want is to get out for your activities.

The city isn't too clean but you can see this hotel tries to keep clean. The lady name Patricia was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. I would give 4 star review because of her. Without her presence , the hotel deserves a 2 or 3 compared to hotels in Milan and Florence and Rome .

Good place who come with Train from any part of Italy, easy park a car too for 25€/day (it’s expensive) very close to train and Metro station. Is not the best place to stay in Napoles.
