"Great resort. Wonderful staff from front desk, cafe, valet, bellboy and especially the concierge. We enjoyed our stay very much. So close to everything and the shuttle is a great perk. Just check there are chairs. We will go back! "

"Riverside was the upscale restaurant in the resort. They were rude,unaccommodating and food was marginal. Mac and cheese should not cost $22.50. They could not seem to get a simple cheeseburger and fries you hot, something McDonald's can do everytime. Walk ins are welcome as they tell you 21/2 hours wait. I saw her ipad it showed 3 noshows but they wanted me to wait 2 &1/2 hours. We tried to make reservations but the app they gave us said they were not taking reservations all morning we ate at the bar. Bartender was nice but thought washing glasses was more important than waiting on us."

"The overall condition of the property was good. The pool area did not look well kept, needed more chlorine, and needed to be vacuumed. Staff were very friendly. Breakfasts were average. "
