We loved our stay at the Napoli Tree and would stay there again when returning to Naples , without a doubt ! Charming decor, spotlessly clean rooms, amazing breakfast of homemade baked goods , and a friendly and helpful staff ! You can’t go wrong booking a room here !

Rooms were nice and clean, air conditioned, breakfast was good, it’s a decent option for the price in this area of Napoli. on the negative side the bed was not the most comfortable and we ended up being charged an additional €25 a few days after the stay due to what the hotel said was an error initially undercharging us the city tax.

This is a unique area with older but well kept buildings that show the character of the time built. The room was spotless, comfortable, air conditioned and quiet. The front desk guys (I forgot their names) were so nice , helpful and friendly. Excellent service. They gave us a little gift upon leaving which we will always remember. I travelled with 3 kids and felt very safe. Best area on town, close to the sea, Chiaia street with lots of shopping, historical buildings, site seeing, you name it. Shower was good but had to be careful to point in correct direction. Elevator was the original with the building and my kids had a blast using it; it does require coins to operate. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this place.

Napoli Tree is the perfect place to stay. One block off the promenade, great rooms and amazing staff, wonderful breakfast. The location is great access in and out of the city, close to lift and bus tours, restaurants and kick off point to many adventures. The staff are remarkable with all they do to support you.

Fantastic
Ideally located for the famous promenade and very close to Castel dell’Ovo as well as a huge range of restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and really helpful at all times of the day. Thee room (LECCIO) was nice and big and very well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and there was always someone on hand to help with anything you needed. They even arranged a little gift for my wife on her 50th birthday which was very well received after an incredibly long and tiring day at Pompei.

Beautiful old building, the place on the inside is modern and clean, the only thing to bear in mind is there was a lot of crackling noise which made sleeping difficult.

This is a lovely property that is very close to the sea front and in a safe area of town. It's easy to get to centre of Naples on 151 bus and also has many good dining options nearby. Hosts (Amie and Marco) were lovely and helpful. Breakfast and room both great.

I would highly recommend. The staff and service was exceptional. The room was lovely. The street around it is quite dirty but the location is very walkable and only 1 block to lovely waterfront stroll or 2 blocks to lovely shopping areas.

Property was hard to find for taxi and for us. No outside signage.Outside very littered and dog fouled, but inside very nice. Pleasant girl at breakfast, but guy on reception desk quite unpleasant. Good location for the seafront.

The hosts were SO nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. They helped us get a taxi and so much more. Breakfast was amazing and they were so sweet to make us morning cappuccinos. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated as well!

I am from Singapore and I brought my family. wife, 12yr old daughter an 10yr old son. It was our first time in Naples and we got my transfer to this BnB. The room was very big, and my family had 2 double beds for the stay. Room were clean and spacious. When we came back from attractions, it will be a great place to chill. My room is right outside a pantry. Their pantry feels very homely, a nice dining area where you can get drinks, make coffee and relax. In terms of convenience, it is 3 minutes walk from Lungomare where you take a nice walk and dine at the many restaurants. It is also a 8 minutes walk to Chaia shopping area. And a 15 minutes walk to Piazza Plebiscito. The staff are friendly and you can ask them to book cabs to further attractions. The only downside, is this BnB is on the 3rd level and the elevator was not working when i was there. I have an injured knee and it was difficult for me. But it should be fine if your legs are fine. When the elevator was repaired, everything was much better.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Well located, with lots of restaurants close by. Please note that the hotel is located on a third floor, and there is tiny elevator that needs 10 cents for each ride so that it works.
