There are a few popular coffee and sandwich shops within the same block. We felt very safe with the concierge in the building, small businesses and residents also in the building. Double glass windows and glass doors really blocked outside noise, but it’s in the city so you can’t control cars honking, etc. You also can’t control litter on the sidewalks either surrounding the building. Everything was walking distance - if you like walking to the ferries to go to Capri, Sorrento, etc. The piazzas, teatre, etc where the tourists are at the most. Walk! It’s good for you : )

Stickige Luft mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Doch laut und stinkend mit geöffneten Fenstern. Diese Ecke in Neapel ist zum Übernachten grundsätzlich wenig geeignet nach den Eindrücken vor Ort. Probleme die Unterkunft erstmalig zu betreten, da WhatsApp Nachricht mit notwendigen Zugangsinformationen nicht erhalten. Hilfe durch andere Mieter erhalten. Leider wurden die sehr begrenzten verköstigungsmittel wie Teebeutel und Kaffee Pads nicht ergänzt. D.h. komplette Selbstversorgung ist angesagt. Hierfür ist der Preis aus unserer Sicht zu hochgegriffen.
